What can I say? That was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car. From the get-go, David was helpful on the phone and never put any pressure on whatsoever. The car I bought is 11 years old but looks like it's just come straight out of the factory. Aesthetically it is perfect. They've cleaned everything, fully valeted, refurbed the wheels, the lot. Mechanically, in their pre-checks they found the brakes needed doing and fitted brand new pads and discs all round at no extra cost to me.

A 3 month warranty is included and a very reasonably priced 12 month one is also on offer. From a covid point of view, they followed the letter of the law with a sanitised handover, and being fully masked up, hand sanitizer etc. for the collection. Payment was contactless through bank transfer. It's obvious talking to David, one of the owners who dealt with me start to finish, that he lives and breathes cars.

It's more than a job for him, it's his passion, and there is nothing he could have done to make the experience better. Re-write any negative thoughts you may have about second hand car salesman, David is the complete opposite to the stereotype. If ADG Sevenoaks has the car you've been looking for, buy it from them, you will not regret it. Thank you.

What an absolute pleasure that car buying process was! Saw the car on line Friday morning and less than 24 hours later I was driving her home - all undertaken adhering to COVID guidelines by using ADG's click and connect service :) I was even allowed to test drive the car on my own :) I noticed a new warning message with the parking sensor and. Alastair immediately offered to pay for its rectification when I get it looked at locally!

What a professional operation - this was, by far, the most efficient and enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. I shall start saving up as quite like the look of the gorgeous Aston they had in too - although I don't think I will ever be able to save enough for that motor! They never MOTd the car before sale. The valeting was poor, rubbish left in door pockets. Never had a receipt of service so don't know if one was done. Air Conditioning didn't work which would have been covered in service so unhappy at this lack of detail

Highly recommended not your usual pushy car salesman. Everything agreed was carried out and car looked like new when collected. Would definitely use again

Great service and lovely friendly people who did exactly as we asked after viewing vehicle and finding two very minor details that we were not keen on. Went here to see a car that I had seen online. Had a great experience from beginning to end. When I phoned to enquire about the car they were extremely polite and helpful. I made an appointment to view the car the next day. On arrival we were offered a drink straight away. I was able to test drive the car whilst they looked at my car. I decided to buy the car and was offered a decent price for my car as a part exchange.

All paperwork was sorted out quickly and efficiently and I was able to use their computer to change my car insurance before I left. Both Alistair and James were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying a car from here.

I was in need of a car to pick up that day, i phoned ahead as i was driving around 150 miles. They were polite and very helpful. They got the car ready for me despite it not being ready for sale that day. They were very accurate with the description and honest with the sale. unfortunately i did have a problem with my fuel pump a few weeks later which was not covered in the warranty. They however paid half towards a new pump as a gesture of goodwill. I have been very impressed by the service and quality at this garage. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend ADG Sevenoaks. I've recently bought a 05 Jag XJ6 from Alistair at ADG. Buying a second hand car is always a daunting experience as you want to find the right car. From my first contact with ADG to doing the deal to buy the car I received fantastic, friendly and informative customer service. I was never pushed into buying the car either.

The Jag had a few niggles as to be expected of a car nearly 13 years old. ADG had these sorted properly and very quickly before the car was ready to pick up, including a full valet and alloy restoration (as they wasn't happy to sell the car without them being done!). The car could have just been sold as seen but ADG took the time and at their own expensive to sell a car in an excellent condition, niggle free. Once again, I would highly recommend ADG Sevenoaks and will make them my first point of call when looking for my next car.
