The excellent service provided in sales is let down by the abysmal service department. Arrogant, sarcastic, unhelpful. If you have a BMW older than 5 years, forget trying to get a diagnosis here. 86 before they even look at it!

Great service when investigating my mini key issue, nice customer seating area, friendly staff and no matter what your visit they always hover and wash your car.

Driving from Inverness to Edinburgh Airport and about 20miles from Perth, drove over something on the road then engine management light came on. Drove very carefully to Perth and went to Grassicks. Within an hour and a half they had sorted the problem and had us back on the road. Treatd to a cappuccino and shortbread whilst waiting. Cannot praise them highly enough for walking in 'off the street' they couldn't have treated us better. Excellent service.

I recently purchased an ex demo 2021 plate 430i convertible from Grassicks BMW and I must say I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Special thanks to Danny Green and Norbert for their expert advice and attention to detail.

I called Grassicks Perth at 0950 on Saturday to put a deposit on a car after a query I wanted about delivery. The salesman wasn't available so said they'd call me back. No one called; so I emailed. I then asked via return email to call me back. I received a call at 1130. I told the salesman I'd take the car and had my card to hand once he could arrange delivery. Richard said he'd call me back.

At 1558 I sent another email following no calls. I received a call at 1706 from Richard to say his boss had taken a deposit on the car that afternoon! Disgraceful. PS the car was 70k!

A word of warning to anyone thinking of buying a NEW car from Grassicks stock. BEWARE! "NEW" in Grassicks sales manual only means "Not previously registered". It does not refer to how old the car is or how out of date the technology. Your car could be a year old. The Sales Manager himself told me that his staff are neither required nor expected to be familiar with the specification or age of any car in the showroom.

Indeed even if they are aware they will not tell you unless you specifically ask. Quote "We are here to sell cars" I had the misfortune in November 2020 to buy a "NEW" X4 which was actually eight months old and with significantly out of date technology. When I brought this to their attention the attitude was essentially, .You bought it, You've got it! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

After really poor treatment at Harry Faiburn Invernees. I took my BMW to Grassicks. Well worth the 200 mile drive. Very nice.pleasant staff. Good service on car. Will slways use this Garage.

Astonishing deal on a 3 month old 4 Series Convertible. Dealt with David Bartlett and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Great video presentation of the vehicle, excellent delivery service to Sussex and the car was immaculate on arrival
