David James Motor Company is a long established family run business. We are FCA registered should you require one of our many finance packages and we offer all usual dealer facilities, all of our quality used cars are H.P.I checked plus selected vehicles are guaranteed for 3 months with the option to purchase an extended 1 year guarantee.
Having had a company vehicle for many years, I was very unsure of buying a car for myself, as I knew things would have changed over this time. However David made the process so easy and relaxed for me, giving me so much help and working with my time frame. So I am now the owner of a beautiful BMW. David is amazing, I bought a car from him, had a minor issue, not mechanical and he sorted the issue immediately.

OMG What a Top Car Dealer I always say that customer service goes a long way but David James takes it to a whole new level. Brought a car on the Saturday the 6TH looked great done the deal left that day with car but noticed on the way home my electric mirror indicators where not working. After a few emails David had offered to come down to me 120 mile round trip including tolls at Dartford to sort the problem for me.
Next day my car was back all fixed even after heavy snow fall over night. I had to come on here straight away to give a honest review as there are not that many decent Dealerships out there to be honest. In the Future I most certainly be giving David James a call first before I look any where else first. Thank You David James's

Brought a Corsa from David to use as a run around to get to work. and I could not fault David enough. The day the vehicle was advertised on Autotrader, my enquiry for the vehicle was responded straight away. My wife and I booked an appointment to view a car late on a Saturday and we found the whole experience to be fantastic, so much so we drove our new car away that day. All the paperwork was in order and on offer for us to see. We took the car for a test drive and loved it. I highly recommend visiting the showroom if passing to see what's on offer. We found our car was great value for money too.

I sold a car to David James Motor company last week and it couldn't have been more straight forward. David messaged me and made me an offer, I supplied some photos and general car info and we agreed a price. They then arranged to collect my car and transferred money on the spot. Bought a Mercedes C180 back in March from here, absolutely brilliant guys, showed me all the different specs and actually ended up buying a different one to the one I came to enquire about. Had a small issue with the car after a week which the guys here fixed free of charge no questions asked. Really happy with their service and the car. If I'm ever in the market for a Mercedes again I will definitely be going back to these guys

We visited Davis James August bank holiday weekend. we were able to look around without being bothered by salesman just trying to sell us a car. We were looking at all the ones we were interested in the C180 saloons. When we were ready to ask questions Dave answered them by not just trying to sell what he wanted but gave us good options on our choices.
We chose a silver C180 and after a test drive we struck a deal. This included a 3 month everything covered warranty. After about a month we did have trouble with a flat battery. Dave said to bring it back and he would check it out, The car wouldn't start but Dave just came and got it, took it to his garage and checked it out fitting a new battery.
This was very refreshing as normally second hand car dealers don't care after they have your money but this is not the case with Dave. I would defiantly recommend Davis James for cars.

1st May 2013 purchased a second hand car from DJL who specialise in BMW and Mercedes but do have other makes or can access to order.
DJL professional, friendly, informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not pushy about the sale and did not mention finance. Slight hiccup in proceedings post sale. Offered full refund or payment for the correction to the problem. Accepted the latter and cheque arrive next day. Highly recommend DJL to anyone looking for a good quality second-hand car and excellent service throughout the deal.
