If you are foolish enough to get your car mot'd and serviced by toyota, don't leave anything valuable in your car. Apparently its ok to steal money from their customers.

We bought a used Yaris from them on the 10 July and we were thoroughly impressed by the service. The car is great and we were able to drive away the same day. The salesperson that looked after us, Jack Heasman, is a credit to the garage. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Nothing but praise for this place. Very helpful staff. Just one example, i decided to wait while they gave my wife's Yaris a service and MOT. I brought my laptop along so i could work whilst i waited. The staff let me use a small side office and kept me refreshed with tea and coffee. They know how to treat their customers. Thanks SLM staff.

I've have now found my way around the car, which I'm really enjoying taking out. I would like to thank you for getting hold of the car after losing out on the original I came to look at the day it was sold. Above and beyond I visited Toyota Uckfield to look at getting a larger car. The sales team were extremely helpful, informative and not in anyway pushy. Originally filling out paperwork and ordering a new car, 2 weeks in, my circumstances changed and I had to cancel agreement. Again the sales team could not have been nicer, despite my wasting their time and loss of their commission.

A further 2 weeks on I contacted them again, still needing a larger car. I purchased a second hand car from them and despite everything they treated me as if I was their best customer, sorting paperwork, even waiting for lost paperwork I had to reorder. I am still surprised that any car dealer would take the time and effort they did with one customer, especially after causing them so much hassle. The service went above and beyond anything I have experienced in retail before. Highly recommended.

Poor service. I have registered a complaint about SLM Nissan' s service. My reg is GX14LCG which was left in your service centre yesterday to diagnose the problem after the engine management light was on and it was supposed to have fixed but you haven't fixed it. I raised few other issues with the engineer called Glyn who said everything is fixed and I paid 180 for the work that you said you did but you didn't. this morning the engine management light was back on and the noise that I complained was still there, so I took the car back to your service centre this morning and I have been told by one of your employee that there could be some underlying issues.

I was shocked with this statement. I don't understand how there could be another issue within 12 hours after the car went into the service at your place. this is the 2nd time I had similar issues with you where I had take my car to your place twice to get something fixed. You should be able to check your records to verify this. I am so bloody disappointed with your service.

My colleague Kellie has recently put a deposit down for an Xtrail and due to be collected this Saturday and she is really worried after hearing my experience. I am an employee of Hastings direct insurance where there are 2000 employees based in Bexhill. I will be passing this experience with you to each and everyone and share it so that no one will ever use your service. I will put this on social media so that everyone will know about you. i am still waiting for someone to call me from your centre and update me with the issues. Manesh

I used SLM Toyota when i had my Renault Clio and they were superb and now I have a Toyota GT-86 the service continues and never fails to meet my expectation. They assisted me in searching for my GT-86, have assisted me with technical problems i experienced with it and have always delivered on time to my high expectations. A nice friendly atmosphere with everybody willing to do their bit to help. Knowledgeable and experienced. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful on the phone and in person. My daughter had her wing mirror knocked off by a passing car, and we found SLM to be the most helpful on the phone. When we arrived at their site all staff were polite, helpful and attentive.

I have always been very impressed with this dealership, both for service and the sales team. The customer service is impeccable - everyone is pleasant, welcoming and can't do enough for you. The visual safety check and valeting/cleaning of the car on any service visit, free of charge, makes the client and their car, feel valued and secure in the knowledge that they really care. It is probably the best chain dealership I have ever dealt with and would recommend them without reservation.
