I have always found the team at Ruxkey very good with customer service etc. I'm surprised that the guy who sees to my car even remembers me which is always a big Plus! They do a marvellous job and will not take my car elsewhere except to these guys! Awesome!

Fabulous all round service. I am changing my Mini over as the lease runs out in July. I had my Mini 18 plate over four years, as a lease car. As some of the parts are from Ukraine my car had to be changed from the one I ordered in February. They have got me a great deal for a great monthly price! Always lovely to do business, and you get Coffee too!

Excellent friendly experience here from Joseph who looked after my service - dropped my car off at 8:30 and was ready to collect 11:30 with a free courtesy wash which was much appreciated. Upon collection I was interested in viewing some other cars and had another good sales experience from Caitlin - a far better experience than I've had from Stephen James Woolwich, highly recommended this branch

Extremely irresponsible, I booked a test drive for a bmw I saw on their website. I Went there and they kept me waiting for over an hour saying they are preparing the car. Finally they came back to me and told me it was sold this morning. I know I'll buy one but not from them.

Absolutely appalling! Went in to get some bits for my sons car but obviously wasn't welcomed! Probably because of the way I was dressed, being a builder! Parts guy barely spoke to me! Disgusting treatment! Would give less than one star if possible

Took car in for vague steering and while car was there they damaged both front wheels and as usual from this car dealer no apology and no responsibility taken by them and they are trying to tell me that I have had new tyres put on the car but these where fitted when car was purchased in June 2020 as I have only covered 2500 mile since they where fitted and when they cleaned the car there when it was service back in December and they covered the tyres in tyre dressing spray and car has hard been used since but ad usual from there service department they say they will get back to you with a resolution and you never here anything again and this is not the first time

Genie has been an absolute gem. She's been very helpful and she showed me so much today, interms of the car tech and how to use certain features. She is such a treasure and really good at her job! :

Superb quality service from start to finish from George and excellent handover of new car from Chloe. Really helpful, friendly team. Easy to contact with any questions and very accommodating. Felt like dealing with real people & a real family. Have a branch closer to home but will be using these guys as our base from now on!

I purchased a used BMW and also part exchanged. I found the retail Manager Sergio Garaguso very helpful and his communication was second to none. He went out of his way to resolve any concerns we had. On the pick up day, the car was ready, labelled and presented to make it feel we was picking up a brand new car. Overall, a great service and i would definitely recommend.

Soulless showroom with no meet and greet staff so wandering around hoping to grab attention from busy salesman! Would recommend booking an appointment rather than rocking up as we did although we were told there is at least 9 month wait for any new car! We will look elsewhere1
