Froggatts provide an incredible level of customer service that is very very rare! Carl was absolutely brilliant - checked over my lovely new defender alongside a long list of potential problems identified by an RAC used vehicle report - and explained very thoroughly for me (in a way I understood!) each item. He highlighted the priorities - and the next day provided a full itemised quote.

I didn't hesitate to take my vehicle in for the work. On collecting the vehicle Carl and Sam showed me every bit of work that had been done vs my original list - it was clear they have a huge sense of pride in the work they do - and so they should. I had an out of this world experience with this garage recently. I was on a business trip miles from home with my TD5 90 at home in Surrey with a starting problem. I was in a hire car when I passed this garage and popped in to get some advice. I was warmly greeted and given some great, friendly advice, the mechanic in charge suggested that it could be a starter relay or that as the truck had been standing for a while it could be that the fuel system needed priming.

I was amazed when this highly professional member of the team at Froggatts took me to the car park and demonstrated how to prime the system on one of their Land Rovers on the forecourt. Just when I was thinking that the customer service couldn't get any better the chap disappeared and managed to find a used starter relay for me to take away in case this was the issue insisting that there would be no charge.

I thought that this level of customer service was a thing of the past these days and I am just sorry that I am not local as I would be back as a customer for sure. The advice I received cured the problem and for this I am eternally grateful.

We have used the garage for many years. Always well looked after. I have recently sold my old Range Rover and purchased a newer model through them couldn't have been more helpful and my car was sold within the month which was fantastic. Both nick & Jamie have always been so helpful we recommend them highly. We'd rather be looked after by a local business than a huge dealer that charges the earth. Thank you again.
