Extremely happy with Sandcliffe Loughbrough for buying the approved used car. I have bought Nissan Qashqai (used) and had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I will say when I was searching online for Nissan used cars, Sandcliffe was one of the Nissan Dealers for me. The positive experience I had with them has made me feel that they are one of the best car dealers here in UK.

The staff specially Andy with whom I was interacting for my purchase was quite courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He has helped me right from the the selection to the delivery of car. As it was my first purchase and I am new to the used car market in UK, all this was making me nervous. Appreciating my nature, staff was quite helpful and have made sure to make the buying experience a customer's (my) delight.

It is prudent to add that due to my busy schedule and distance I was quite apprehensive to visit any dealership without knowing completely about the details of used car. Andy in here has helped in providing the detailed video of the car covering all the features and have also shared on the work required in car. The car was prepared well and paperwork happened quite smoothly without any delay.

I recently purchased my new car from here and it was such an easy process. Chris Hart did an amazing job of helping me through it all and sorting all the details out, I had everything sorted and my new car was ready in just over a week for pick up. Would definitely recommend this branch!

As I had hoped, I have not had an issue with the van I purchased. Chris Hart was very professional when dealing with the me and the sale/paperwork involved in my purchase. Will definitely be returning in the future and will use Chris again if he is available.

I called to get part numbers for Nissan Cabstar filters as this branch is used by our Nottingham depot for parts. As we are plant hire company we will be doing the service our self but because the vehicle is in warranty still, must have genuine Nissan filters fitted. I was told its Sandicliffe company policy to not give out any manufacturer part numbers, so I asked how can I order filters if I have no part number to know what I'm ordering?

She said if I tell her what filters I want, she will just order them for me. She then explained that they don't post them though, so I would have to drive from Dudley to Loughborough to fetch them. I then explained this is unreasonable and if they cant post them can I just have the part number so I can order them from somewhere closer, to which she refused and told me to ring another Nissan dealer to see if they will give me the part numbers.

Not as if they are losing as sale by giving me the part numbers, as because they cant post them I cant order from their anyway due to the distance to collect, Just utterly unhelpful.

One of the best experiences I have had in buying a car from these guys. Thank you Mike Sorrel and Roy Cooper for all your help. Will definitely be back when the time comes to renew my car.

These guys are the best customer service you will find, friendly, funny and professional, nothing is too much and they go above and beyond, even the kids think they're cool! They deserve so much more credit than they get, wouldn't go anywhere else for a car cause that kind of service is hard to come by, feel like they really care for you as a person and not a number on a sales sheet, top class.

Had a service plan booked with Sandicliffe, having previously had one with Nissan Leicester. Took the car in for a major service. Experienced no problems. Staff friendly and helpful and other than a slight glitch when they couldn't find us on the system (good job we took our confirmation paperwork along) all was well. Thumbs up to Carl and Glenn.

Mike was superb in sorting out us a new car. Without Mike this place would fall under. Great experience from start to finish. However, No free warranty is rubbish from a dealership, you get a 3mth warranty for no extra cost at most independent garages, only very pricey warranties available here. Would expect a 3mth warranty at no extra cost after handing over 10k plus. Car was also missing a few minor interior items which I was told was not on that trim, despite showing other models with the same trim having them present.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Andy couldn't do enough to help and he walked us through every step of the process with courtesy and professionalism. When I had an issue with the car a few days later (very bad luck!) Andy and the team sorted it all for me straight away. Couldn't have asked for better service! Plus, the team treated my young children with such kindness that even filling out all the forms etc was a pleasant experience and there were no hideous tantrums from boredom!

I am happy to share a very positive experience I recently had with Loughborough Sandicliffe. Few weeks ago, I bought a nearly-new Nissan Qashqai (used for 6 month) from them. First, the Sales Executive (Andy), who showed us the available cars, was courteous and took time to answer all the questions we had. He compared the specifications/advantages/disadvantages of the cars we were interested in and arranged a test drive very quickly.

Following the decision to purchase the car, Sales Manager also spoke to us and attended to our needs. Paperwork, communications, and the delivery of the car went very smoothly. Having had a bad experience purchasing a car I was very nervous about going through the whole process again. But I needn't have worried as the service I received from James at Sandicliffe Loughborough was second to none. From start to finish the customer service was exemplary. James bought the car to my home address on a Sunday morning having held it for a week due to me being on holiday.

Absolutely in love with my new car, Andy the sales rep was very friendly and answered any questions I had. After a little negotiation (and being swayed by free coffee and sweets!) I came out with a great deal on a used car and cannot thank him enough for all his help. A very friendly environment and they even let me bring in my dog who loved all the attention!
