I had the pleasure of meeting one of your sales assistants recently. I'm 99% sure his name was Luke, he did introduce himself and I'm sure it was him. He was extremely friendly, I know that the staff in sales have to be like this, but this man was very genuine and seemed like he was really keen to offer some real advice and help for me and my partner.

He didn't play up to the sales pitch, in fact he was a lot more relaxed with his approach than I had dealt with at a previous car showroom, who seemed more interested in making the "deal". Luke, I am hoping is correct, had a lovely way with us and showed some true knowledge-this helped us make the final decision. He was extremely informative, friendly but most importantly "human" and I have made the final decision to purchase a Kia. Thank you Luke, for not being pushy, your approach 100% got the sale.

I bought a car from Luke Wilkes and I have to say that he was very honest and genuine, and never pushed or tried to hard sell anything to me. He was open and asked questions to see how he could help and was amazing with communication the whole way through. I was originally going to sell my car but he offered me the same deal part x including cash back which every other dealer I had spoken to said they couldn't do.

It make the whole process of changing car so much simpler and quicker and I owe this completely to Luke! When we viewed the car he was friendly and courteous with everything and gave me all the information required. Since my visit a few months ago I've been back and bought a Kia Rio, from Luke 10 out of 10 I will absolutely be purchasing my car's from here and him from now on. He made it so easy to go through everything. A true shining star in the otherwise normally grey area that is car dealerships.

Kia are excellent cars and I always use Westdrive because they are highly reliable. This is my 3rd Kia from them in the past 8 years and I have been very pleased with them all. This time I wanted to progress to a plug in hybrid but the delivery time on a new one one was 7 months, so salesman Colin found me the perfect used model. He was very helpful throughout the transaction and afterwards as well to make sure that I am making the most of my new car. I always go back to Westdrive for servicing and maintenance and have no complaints at all. Thank you Colin and the Westdrive team.

This is about the sixth car we have bought from Braintree. The service that is supplied to both my wife and myself is superior to what we have experienced in the past. We have a Kia dealer nearer but feel it is worth the trip to deal with Braintree. We have never had a problem to date with any vehicle that we have had from this dealership. I deal with Colin, whom is a professional.

He matches the perfect car to me every time and to a budget that I can afford. Follows up on purchases and any problems that arise he is only a phone call away, not that I have needed to. I also take advantage of the service plan. They contact me when they believe the car is due for a service. It's dropped off and a complete service completed. The car is even valeted on collection.

We both change cars every two years and boxing cleaver we alway get an extended warranty. When buying a new car can be stressful, just take a trip to Braintree Kia, brilliant service.

I return to Kia because I have never had a problem with the cars that I have purchased. I have recently purchased again and due to the current market I had to stick to my budget. This proved quite challenging as I had a very specific set of requirements and my sales person Luke Wilkes done his absolute best to find the right car for me. He didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. He was brilliant and worked hard to find the right match. I am super happy with my new car. I absolutely love it. Thanks Luke. As soon as I stepped through the door at Westdrive I was put at ease by Luke who was so friendly and personable and made the whole experience of part exchanging my car very easy.
