Visited the Lake District on Monday, noticed I had a slow puncture & blown tyre upon arrival & was devastated as I had a 200+ mile drive back home the next day, I rang Lloyd Land Rover in Carlisle & had my Discovery recovered & sorted in the same day, went to collect my car the following morning to find they even washed & valeted my car :' Nothing quite like the customer care you receive from Land Rover.

What can I say? A 100% excellent example of great customer service. We were on holiday in the Lakes and my Freelander developed a fault. Got booked in the next day at Lloyd Land Rover Carlisle. As we were on holiday, we had no other means of transport. The brilliant K (won't use her full name on this public post) on the service desk found us a courtesy car so we could make the most of the day.
The two technicians C and T worked late to try and fix the problem but it needed more work so it had to stay there overnight until a part arrived. We were allowed to keep the courtesy car. We picked up my Freelander early the next day. All fixed and good to go. Totally brilliant example of customer service!

After being let down by another dealership, Lloyd Land Rover Carlisle came to the rescue. I picked up my new car last week and have to say the service was second to none. Thank you so much to Tom Forster who went above and beyond expectations and made the whole experience a dream from start to finish. Highly recommend this garage and looking forward to dealing with Tom again in the near future.

We received absolutely amazing customer service here today. Travelling back from Scotland with 2 small children and a caravan in tow, and the AdBlu light comes on! The team at Lloyd Land Rover couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating us, and were so helpful and kind from the very first phone call for help. I bought a new landrover 6 months ago from London and as I live in carlisle, thought I'd be better spending my money locally. I can honestly say that the customer facing staff - answering calls and responding to queries primarily - are absolutely shocking. I've tried 5 times now and each time it's the same. I now take my car 2 hours away to a dealer outside the area.

We made a prior appointment to test drive 2 Jaguars on Saturday afternoon. After booking in at reception and the rep welcoming us in we were kept waiting for 45 minutes and eventually had to ask the receptionist where the rep was before anotber rep was sent over to speak to us. We were then told that one of the 2 cars had been sold that morning, we had telephoned before setting off from Kendal but no one mentioned that one car had been sold.
The car we tested had an obvious fault on the brakes that sent vibrations through the steering wheel and car that anyone would have noticed on testing. Overall a terrible experience from Jaguar and very dissapointed.

Travelled from North East England to Lloyds Land Rover Carlisle to purchase my evoque, best journey i have made. Excellent experience throughout the purchase, car is first class and Tom Forster the salesman is a credit to the company went over and above during the sale and ensured a smooth transition.
