Straightforward, honest approach with none of the usual hard sell approach we've experienced at other dealers. Didn't try and sell us anything we didn't ask for and gave a competitive price for our part exchanges. Adam gave us plenty of time on our own with the car to make a decision and sorted out the one minor defect swiftly so we could still pick the car up on the next working day.

He also made sure there was ample fuel in the tank to get us home and didn't charge for it, unlike other companies or slip in an admin charge. Although they are an hour and a half away we would really like to buy our next car from Adam!

Went in to look at a car wasn't the right for us but the sales man was first class and give us a totally no pressure sales tactics and even shown us around the amazing collection of cars they have in there. From the first contact through to picking up the car, an outstanding service all round. Kind, professional and courteous team who really went out of their way to make the buying experience smooth and easy, despite all the restrictions due to the pandemic. Drove up from Ipswich to pick up the car which I'm absolutely delighted with. They even popped in some extra fuel so that I didn't have to worry about filling up on the way home.

Small things like that make a big difference, and the attention to detail really made for an excellent customer experience. Part exchanging my car was simple and easy, which made it much less stressful buying the new car! Thank you folks, really awesome experience!

I recently traded in for a nearly new Ford. It was all arranged remotely. I drove a long way to do the swap and it all went perfectly. They were organised, professional and a pleasure to work with. Traditional car dealer (quite refreshing not to get the sales pitch on "glass finish" polish etc).

Avoid if you are booked in for a "Ford motorcraft service" after having abit of a moan at the service advisors for not providing a health check, wash, checking the gearbox oil and putting the wrong oil in the car, I was told by them. "The Ford motorcraft service is abit of a con, its designed so we can up sell on work and get people into new cars" unbelievable.
