Well, what can I say excellent from start to finish. Happy for me to take the cars out for a spin.just gives me the keys and off you go. Offers a good part exchange rate as well.actually offered me 500. Over what I asked for. A very casual sale, but don't let that be taken away from the fact that Steve and the team know there stuff.they will spend as much time with you discussing your requirements exactly. Collected the car and all that was promised was done.and a service as well.

Husband and I were so impressed with this car dealership. Harry went way beyond the extra mile! We had so many questions, but he never made us feel like time wasters. Part exed my old bmw and got a more that fair price for it. Brought a bmw 1 series, that had a few scratches here and there, Harry arranged to for it to get fixed by them and they did a brilliant job, you cannot tell that there was anything there. Amazing experience. Amazing people. I was looking to buy a car for my father and called the company on a Saturday through autotrader. Spoke to Kevin. Next day we went to test drive the car and decided to buy it there and then to drive it back to London. Peter, a wonderful person, helped us around. We took the car for a test drive while Peter completed the paperwork for part exchange.

We drove our new car back to London. Next day the engine wont crank. We called RAC and found that the battery was dead. RAC being RAC charged for their services and put a new battery in the car. We spoke to Steve of Imperial Motor Company. Steve asked for bill given by RAC and our account details. No questions asked at all and the money for the replacement battery was sitting in our account. Machinery can break down anytime but the way trio of Kevin, Peter and Steve dealt with us was far far far better than any customer services standards. Businesses should learn from them. I purchased a BMW 1series from Imperial motors on 2nd August 2021, I have to say that I am very pleased with the car, and in particular the manner in which Harry attended to our questions, there was no pressure to buy and I was simply handed the keys to two cars to test drive, on return all question and requests were answered and a delivery date agreed.

On collection all that had been agreed on had been completed. Harry was also able to guide me through registration and also to tax the car. Imperial Motors are a credit to the Car Sales Market. I would also say that this is the second car purchased from them, with similar experience.

Friendly informed staff Steve talked though type of car was looking for gave ample time to test drive two cars. Happy to arrange cam belt change even offering to meet half the cost although not garage responsibility to do so arranged day for pick up due to circumstance needed to bring delivery forward day as this was not possible due to it being the weekend Steve offered me curtesy car to tide me over.

Car picked up fully serviced with full year mot. Would recommend anyone looking for a second hand car to visit Steve and his team at Imperial Motors as service is excellent and team go out of their way to meet your needs.

Steve and the team at Imperial were incredibly helpful as we searched for a new car that met all of our needs. We were able to take different cars out to test drive and they took the time to talk us through the different features. We're very pleased with our new purchase.

Great price and what a service from both Steve and also Chris that I originally spoke to. Love my Mercedes GLC250d and most important of all they promised to send the spare key when they find it and it actually arrived in the post. Excellent service. Thank you Steve Somebody once said to me you only find out how good a garage is when there is a problem. How true that is! Collected our 2011 Golf Gti on Thursday and the clutch went on Saturday morning (nobody could have known). The car was picked up that day. We were then called later that day by Steve and told a new clutch was being fitted as soon as possible and we have just collected the car today, Monday! Brilliant service and we would thoroughly recommend this garage. Thanks again Steve. David and Sally

These guys deal mainly in second hand VW cars. They have their own garage which they claim are independent but which will do the usual trick of getting it through the service. My car has defective air conditioning which was re-gassed prior to my test drive and only failed completely as I drove off their premises. The bill for the repair is over J1200. This is how they make their money. You have been warned.
