After a bad experience with Peugeot dealership I decided to look elsewhere for our new car. Thank the stars I found Alan Day in West Hampstead and Tony Mancini in sales. From the start, the reception staff were polite and friendly and all the staff smiled as I walked past. Tony made the whole experience easy, stress free and enjoyable. No pushy sales, just showing the options available with great knowledge and lots of patience.

White glove service from start to finish. JJ found us a 2022 Polo GTI when the supply chain is such a mess. They fill the car with gas. They have very organized and deliberate systems to ensure everything is done to the highest standard. JJ was constantly in communication. We have never had such a high quality experience with a car purchase. They even deliver the car with a full tank of gas.

He was clear and accurate in his information and managed my expectations realistically around the waiting time right from the point of ordering last year.
