Very thorough, very personable and pleasant professional service all throughout. Most importantly I walked away with a better deal in a car than when I first came for. I was looking for a car for my brother. We were met with Anthony. Anthony noticed I was wearing a facemask and offered to wear a mask, very thoughtful. We were then discussing our requirements. Anthony was very receptive and offered us drinks and cookies. Who else does that? We then took the Aygo for a test drive without Anthony so were able to experience driving without any pressure or issues. Anthony is a credit to Toyota very friendly and approachable and informative.

Can't believe the how easy and fast buying a car could be with Currie Motors! The team is outstanding; the moment you step in, you can immediately feel good vibes. Over the past 5 days I've hired 2 Vans from Currie Motors. They're not necessarily the cheapest price but neither are they the most expensive and I have been impressed by their efficient and friendly service. It's always worth taking out the optional 30 odd quid insurance to reduce the amount of excess of 1200 and bring it to 150. though why it's such a high amount is slightly puzzling.but this practice occurs throughout the car/van hire business, unless it's to make customers who are not keen on the gamble simply pay out more cash to the insurance industry and the hirers probably get a bonus from the insurance company they use.

I booked the van online and was e-mailed to ask some information and the phoned to get details of my driver's license and I gave them the code to look at my license status at DVLA. showing no penalty points or driving convictions. It's also possible to phone them to get a time extension should you be delayed in returning the vehicle. The Van was fairly new, very clean inside and out and drove well so it was a relatively pain free experience, unless of course my wallet felt it.but not much difference in price to most other hirers. The pickup and drop-off were reasonably quick so all in all I'd be happy to hire from Currie Motors again should I need.

Colm was very friendly (despite being bombarded with questions by my husband), helped us with all the paperwork, and kept us updated throughout the process. I just bought my first ever Toyota Yaris Hybrid last week and it is an absolutely amazing car, I am in love with it. What made my experience better is the help from the Toyota Team at the Twickenham branch! Namely, Bashir and Colm. Bashir went out of his way to help find me what I wanted and needed in my car, explained the technology behind Hybrid, sign my paperwork, responsive to all my queries and taught me about everything in the car during the sales and after the sales.

The sale was not pushed and everything went smoothly at my pace. And Colm helped with my Toyota app and resolved issues with patience. I felt so looked after, specially since this was my first ever brand new car experience. They are so professional and so mannered. I definitely recommend this team to everyone and will go back there myself when I need a new car. Thank you guys!

I have dealt with many dealerships in the past with average to good service. When I spoke to Anna Loveland last week and this morning, the level of care, is just different. She treats her customers like I have never come across before and I do genuinely hope that this review is read by her managers / directors and they'll recognise her for this as you have an invaluable asset in your team.

In times like this it's especially important to have a human side and Anna have treated me and spoke to me in a way that I have not been spoken to (by dealerships) before. Attention to detail, kindness, knowledge is just a few of the key qualities Anna has. If you are in any doubt of speaking to someone at Toyota, look no further. I haven't yet had any service done, so hopefully the guys at service will live up to similar standards in Isleworth. Many thanks Anna!

45 years of owing motors this company was the worst ever. Avoid like the plague

I can definitely say that this is the best Toyota dealership I ever been! Me and my husband we were looking to buy a Toyota Yaris and we've been visiting few toyota dealerships around London, we almost lost all our hopes to find the perfect car for us when we took an appointment with Anton (I apologise If I misspelled) in Currie Motors Twickenham, he's been really professional with us, where other dealers seen just money, Anton saw humans in us!
