Only place I could get spare parts at short notice.(2 days). Helpful. organised in there. went in for parts. Not to buy a car. I could have got brand parts a little cheaper. But not within timescale reqd. All in all pretty good.

Cannot fault Robin and the way we were dealt with when looking for a replacement car. He was so kind and friendly, and also sympathetic to the reason for me needing to purchase a car. He was professional, and yet friendly and not pushy. He let us take one for a test drive, but I was unsure about that particular car. He was very patient, even when I said that I wanted to see what else was out there in the SUV market before making a final decision.

When I went back to him saying it was definitely another Qashqai we wanted, and what we wanted in the vehicle, he said he would see what there was and call me back, which he did very quickly. We then arranged for another test drive, and tried two different ones, before finally deciding on the one we wanted. He went through everything with us very thoroughly, and yet was not pushy.

It felt more like chatting with a friend than someone trying to sell me a car. We arranged the date for me to collect the car, and everything went smoothly (apart from the rain, and the car not liking my phone, despite several attempts by Robin). He spent a lot of time showing us how the things in the car worked, especially the differences between the one purchased and the previous one I had.

Also showing us how the dashcams we had had fitted worked. We cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish, and would not hesitate to recommend J.S. Holmes if any of our friends or family were looking to purchase a Nissan, especially Robin Walmsley.

We recently picked up our nearly new Nissan Qashqai from JS Holmes Ltd. It was over a 300 mile round trip for us and the vehicle needed to be right. I was really impressed with Harland, the sales executive. He kindly created an excellent personal video for us, showing the car in great detail including all of its key features. Harland also explained the history of the vehicle, which was very helpful.

It looked a good buy and we were happy to leave a deposit. We travelled down a few days later and the car could not have been better prepared - it was immaculate. Following a quick test drive we were happy to complete the purchase. I personally feel we have acquired an exceptional vehicle just perfect for our needs. Harland also explained a range of additional options that were available, such as a service plan which we took up as it appeared good value. Just taken delivery of our very first new vehicle, and it's electric. From purchasing to delivery took less than a week. Professional service and excellent communication throughout the whole process.
