I have just brought a Nissan leaf from Steve Sadler at Polesworth garage. All the knowledge and experience that Steve has made the whole (initally) scary thought of going all electric such an easy reassuring process. All of the team are friendly, no pressure sales and I feel part of the Polesworth family. The car is even better than Steve said

Purchased a car from these guys the other day and was really impressed with the service from the Team. They went above and beyond to help me get accepted on finance ( an arduous task when you have bad credit ) They used all their resources to source the best interest rate for me and kept me updated at each checkpoint. Cant say thankyou enough for such a lovely personalised service. Spoke to Cam before visiting and immediately put me at ease. I think its such a male dominated environment but I instantly felt at ease. So laid back to how they look after customers re test driving cars and from start to finish felt truly looked after! I have just had my car fully serviced and had an MOT at Polesworth Garage's service centre, I booked it in two weeks ago over the phone with a lad called Scott, who was very polite and helpful for the 27th of Sept, A day before i was due to take my car into them to collect a courtesy car, i tested positive for Covid, i rang up Steve Sadler at the sales centre to tell him this, he then got in touch with the service centre and asked them to come and collect my car for me, take it in, perform service and MOT then they dropped car back same day at no extra cost, cannot thank everyone who helped me get this done as i need car for work, very helpful, follow up calls from Trav to ask if i was ok and if everything was ok with the car, great service, great personable staff and helpful as can be, would recommend them above all others 5 star service

Picked up my new car on Thursday 27th May - I've chosen to use my motorability benefit. Steve Sadler dealt with all the admin and even covered my new car in a red cloth so I could unveil it on the day. Between myself and the family we have had at least 20 plus vehicle's from Polesworth garage and via Steve - not only am I thrilled with my new Juke but I cannot praise Polesworth garage enough both the staff and the service they provide and special thanks to Steve Sadler for once again fulfilling all our requests.
