Communication is dire, couldn't diagnose the vehicle issue, charged me for the pleasure! I complained and they took the vehicle back in, took three weeks to change a radiator with no offer of a courtesy vehicle. When the van came back had an additional scratch and the bonnet wouldn't close. Terrible to be honest, find another VW dealership if you can.

Provided us with a vehicle (we are a lorry body builder) that was not needed for months due to lock down and never charged us stocking charges or chased us or our customer for money until times became a little easier, I have dealt with brian Currie for over 6 years and have found the customer service and attention to detail second to none. have previously delivered a vehicle to us that got cancelled and picked it up without any charges again.

What an absolute shambles of an organisation! Booked my van in as i was having a long list of issues after they conducted the EA189 emissions fix and after 2 days of not hearing anything i called only to be informed that they had been too busy to look at it but promised it would be looked at the following day. The next day came and went and once again no update, called and was told they were still too busy but was promised on the 4th day it would be worked on.
The 4th day came to a close with no communication so decided to call, only to be told they would not look at it until i provided full service history. Surely this information should be told to the customer at the time of booking in, maybe dropping it off? not 4 days after the vehicle has been handed over! After a visit that night to the garage they begrudgingly agreed to scan the van after the weekend and would call me when the work was completed.
The day of the scan once again passed with no update from the garage so i had to once again call, only to be put on hold by the service desk engineer for 20min+. After 20min+ i decided to hang up and thought i would receive a call back but this never happened so thought it best to go to the garage. Whilst driving to the garage i continued to call several times over the course of my hour drive.
Upon turning up i could see the service engineer sitting by the phone so was surprised that it was never answered. When i approached him about our previous phone call he pretended to know nothing about it and had to go off to get an update on my van. He came back and said they had found 2 error codes but couldn't tell me what they were and that they were not logged.
The van was left with them for a further night and after requesting to speak to a manager was scanned again the following day. To my surprise i was told no errors were found on the second attempt and i was told to collect my vehicle unless i wanted to pay for further diagnostics. After a couple of days i was able to collect my van only to notice a dent on the passenger front wing and this was logged with the service engineer on duty, photo taken and was promised a call from the workshop manager.
A further 4 days have no passed with no communication from Brian Currie regarding the damage or any sort of real apology. Lesson is never have the emission fix done, take your van to this garage as they lie and fob you off for days until the customer gets fed up and goes away.
