From start to finish this dealer was extremely helpful and polite. We had to travel some distance to get there but it was well worth it. Sean at Pebley Beach was really informative and gave us a really good deal. We're really pleased with the Ioniq. I wouldn't hesitate to use this dealer again in the future.

The parts department are good. Called to order a bolt, about 4:30pm. yes, only a bolt, probably under 3.00. Not a big sale. The person I spoke to could not get the part number to come up in the Hyundai parts system, (computers!) so suggested I call back the following morning, and speak to the manager. I did just that, and the the the person I spoke with originally had already spoken to his manager.
The part number I required had been located. Perfection. I did not have to have the entire conversation again. it went something like this. me: "HI, it is I, I called about a bolt yesterday." Him: "yes, my colleague told me, do you want me to order it? I have the part number now." Me: "yes. Please. I love easy conversations. TYVM." They sorted it out BEFORE I called back!

I bought my second Hyundai electric car - an Ionic 5 Ultimate in Shooting Star grey - from Pebley Beach in early December so now j=had just over a month using it. Previously I had one of the first Hyundai Kona EV's to be available in the UK and had 3+ years of trouble-free motoring and zero range anxiety but felt the need to change and I've not been disappointed! Sean Quirk was absolutely brilliant keeping me updated on delivery expectations and ensuring a trouble-free handover.
I'm absolutely delighted with this car. Having had BMW's (7 series), an Audi A6 Avant Le Mans and latterly a VW Golf R, I feel that Hyundai have great cars that compete with the supposed quality marques especially with the Ionic 5! The Ionic 5 is a great drive, has brilliant quality and superb warranty (5 years car - 8 years battery). Really recommend trying the Ionic 5 and Pebley Beach! Thanks Sean!

Follow up; as i was going to call for service appointment i got a call, agreed the day and was given the servicing details, i had a very kind welcome on the day, quick and easy check in, i was informed earlier than expected finish and picked up a clean well serviced car. During the pick up i was given all the details as well as the areas needed attention before next service, thank you to all team members.

Booked in for a service and MOT, the car was ready by the time stated and was given back to me very clean. I was given a detailed explanation of everything that had been checked and done on my vehicle, nothing ever seems too much trouble for the team at Pebley Beach Swindon. Keep up the brilliant work!
