4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

Purchased my c250D coupe from Stuart trett, stu was extremely helpful and we had the car reserved, brought and driven away within 7 days car is outstanding inside and out, being a customer that is over 150 miles away was daunting buying a car from such distance but Stuart and the rest of the team made me feel at ease and made sure everything went smoothly! All round professional service very happy with the welcoming and support when buying the car!

Today was my first time buying a car from Mercedes Chichester and I couldn't be happier! The salesman Stuart Trett was really helpful, polite and professional and made me feel at ease. as someone who doesn't know much about cars, he spent time going through every bit & made sure I understood fully and was happy with everything. Customer service was fantastic and will definitely be coming back again in the future!

An excellent experience from Marshall Mercedes Benz of Chichester, even though a Mercedes never came into the equation! A very easy trade-in of my 1 Series BMW, and an excellent Golf Mk 7 SE driven away. Stuart Trett was professional, enthusiastic and courteous throughout, finding a way to get the car into my hands (and he will honour some bodywork repairs after Easter) even though I made a last minute change to the model choice from an S to an SE. Joe Hanman the Business Manager also deserves credit for enabling us to secure the deal and locating the model I wanted from another dealership in the group. As you can see from the photos, someone in the family has already decided to put their mark on the car!

This is the first time I have purchased a Mercedes and I have to say I was impressed both with the vehicle and also the level of customer service from Marshalls Mercedes Benz of Chichester. We were looked after by Stuart who guided us through the process, kept us fully informed throughout and was always helpful and friendly. We had a couple of very minor issues with the vehicle when we collected it but Stuart took full accountability for resolving them and he gave us the confidence that they will be sorted very quickly. I would recommend Marshalls and will likely come back for future purchases, especially if all the salespeople re as friendly and efficient as Stuart.

This was my first time buying a car from Mercedes and I could not be happier. Stuart, my salesman, was amazing. Not only did he guide me through the whole process with ease he also made me feel comfortable so that I could reach out to him if I had an queries. I am so happy with my new car and the all round experience that Mercedes but also Stuart gave me.

I cannot recommend the service I have received enough, most particularly from Stuart, in changing my car. In my opinion, he has gone above and beyond any experience I have had with previous (other makes) dealers and I cannot recommend him, and Chichester Mercedes enough. I collected my new car tonight and I love it. Stuart found the best match for me and my (unusually) minimalist requirements however, it turned out I love all the additional "bells and whistles" that it happened to come with. I cannot recommend enough! Stuart listened, took on board and delivered 110%

Excellent customer service, again, from Mercedes of Chichester. This is the second time that I've purchased a vehicle from here, and I am absolutely chuffed with the service (and the car!).
