Bought my new car a few weeks ago. Can't fault the service! From buying the car to the after care was the best I've experienced. Brian, Bruce and Audrey were fantastic! Nothing was a hassle and they made sure I was happy. Would defo recommend and would absolutely use again. A+ from me

Great service. I bought a used Scoobie Forester that turned out to have a minor fault with the air conditioning, and they couldn't have done more to sort it out with minimal disruption.

Staff could not have been friendlier or more informative but they are genuinely just out for the money. Just had my mini in for an inspection and quote for repair. Tried to quote me 3000+ for a cylinder head and head gasket + oils, coolant, timing chain ( chain done 400 miles ago) ect then apparently a 2000 mile clutch needed replaced (official brand new BMW part) as well along with that with 25+ hour labour cost.

I have luckily found another garage locally which will replace my engine with a reconditioned unit and fuilds for less than half the price quoted at autosales and a 6th of what was quoted for an engine replacement (and of course that new clutch which was 200 from BMW less than 2k miles still needed replaced with the engine which is a load of nonsense).

If you need major engine work.avoid and go somewhere else. Owner has stated below "these were not jobs they were willing to take on". This is false as they let me go away and "thank about it as this is a very extensive job which will require a lot of labour". Only after stating I didn't want the unnecessary extra work carried out they refused to do the repair.

They certainly will not be receiving a 5 star review after giving false information to myself about requiring parts which had only recently been replaced and the passive aggressive fishing for a 5 star review!

Would definitely recommend Autosales to anyone looking for a car great service excellent prices and trade in values we even got a loan of a car until our car was ready the best buying experience ever

Px my car for a lovely newer vehicle. I had an issue with the battery as the start/stop wasn't working, and a hose off the air suspension had burst, This was fixed by my local garage as I live on the west coast. Kirriemuir car Sales supplied the new battery and reimbursed me for the cost of the new battery install and air suspension repair. I cannot thank them enough for there very friendly family business approach.

Other main dealers might not be so accommodating and would have probably steered me to claim it under there 3 month warranty. I'd highly recommend them for your next vehicle due to there great customer service

Took car to Autosales for MOT. Fog light replaced and cover was not clipped back on properly. It consequently fell off. Returned car a few weeks later and the cover was secured with plastic tie by the garage. A week later fog light fell out. Returned again to garage and was charged to put it back in. A week later fog light fell out again. Returned again to be quoted 213 for new assemblies unit.

Prior to MOT, there had been no fog light issues, other than bulb not working. Things only seem to get worse dealing with them. Consistently under par workmanship and really disappointing service.

Very smooth distance purchase with delivery of car. Quick pleasant and professional. Small niggles dealt with in an accommodating manner. Overall been a great transaction which has engendered some trust.

We picked up our Ford Bmax today and We absolutely love it! A huge thank you to Duncan who was extremely helpful he help us get an amazing family car for a great price, there was no issues, amazing customer service and we have been left with an amazing first experience in buying a car. Being in the process of buying a used Subaru Forester from another seller and finding that there was a problem with the locking system that set off the car's alarm which neither myself or the seller could understand, I decided to get in touch with Autosales Subaru to see if they would help. They were very helpful and Bruce helped diagnose what is apparently a common problem, telling me what I should do to rectify. This I was able to do within 2 minutes, thus solving the problem and potentially a long drive from Aberdeen to the central belt for diagnosis and repair. Thanks again Bruce!

Utter disgrace of a company! The van we hired was not road worthy and very unsafe. Returned the van and Made a complaint and asked for some kind of refund to be told, we're not getting a refund because we didn't have an accident. This is appalling service

Traded my car in a little spur of the moment style while on holiday. Top notch customer service from start to finish and I absolutely love my Subaru XV which was made ready same day. Ashleigh was great to deal with. Received a text message the following day to say a set of keys and some belongings were found in hidden compartments of my car and that they would put them in the post for me. Really impressed all round and will buy again from Autosales in future. Any excuse to get back to the cairngorms. Thank you all again for your help and going the extra mile.

I bought my Saab 93 at Kirriemuir Auto Sales four months ago and I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service provided. They were polite and professional. Unfortunately the car stereo was not working but they replaced it quickly and without quibble. Strongly recommended.
