On holiday in the area When my Honda CR-V rear brake seized and with a caravan to tow home in two days time we limped our car to this garage. Spoke with the service manager as to our dilemma and Straight away the car was placed on a ramp to confirm the problem. Part was ordered for overnight delivery with fitting the next day carried out. A brilliant service from management and workshop staff and I would highly recommend this garage for their friendly and excellent service. Thank you again.

A nice shop. Staff are very active and have a good sales strategy. You will find staff very friendly and are always willing to help with advice. A good selection of machines, not just Royal Enfields, so can cater for a variety of potential buyers.

Great experience dealing with Balmer Lawn Honda, Brockenhurst. Good price on my Mini, John was friendly and professional throughout the experience and the used car I bought off them was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Will definitely go back plus a very interesting garage to look around, with some historic bikes and cars to look over.

Very impressive service and sales. I usually avoid main dealerships but I make an exception here. Top bunch of guys no pushy sales don't sneak in any unwanted overpriced insurances or extra cover unless you ask. Servicing is very reasonable for main dealer.
