Having just purchased a new to us Ford Kuga from Rufus Carr, I feel obliged to pass on to any prospective customers of this first class business a brief summary of our experiences. Our initial visit to view the car was very positive we were left to our own devices to carry out a thorough inspection and any points that we raised were subsequently answered to our complete satisfaction.

We were then offered a test drive which also went very well and proved that the car was suitable for our requirements. Following the test drive we entered into the part exchange negotiations, which were carried out in a spirit of mutual respect and an agreement was reached which I believe was fair to both parties. It has to be said that at no time did we feel stressed or patronised during this process. Robert, whom we dealt with, was at all times, patient, helpful and mindful of our requirements, which he ensured were met.

When we collected the car it had been fuelled and valeted to a very high standard, all necessary documentation was available and completed without ado. I would not hesitate in recommending Rufus Carr to any prospective client.
