Sold me a car with loads of problems. Told me if I had any problems come back and they would fix. Called them they said it's covered under warranty call Vauxhall. They have said the car repairs aren't covered and will have to pay myself. Needs a new exhaust, squeaky breaks, air con doesn't work. Waste of time dont but nothing from them

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Chariots and on both occasions the customer service has been Impeccable. the manager Jeff dealt with me on my 1st visit and remembered me when I came back 2 years later to buy a new car. I bought a Chevrolet Aveo this time at a great price and have had no problems so far. and can genuinely say (from previous experience) if anything was to go wrong, Jeff and his team would do their utmost to rectify any problem. Jeff went above and beyond to help me find a car that suited me and didn't push any sale upon me. he also didnt complain once with my daily phone calls with more questions. Been here twice before for cars over the past 7 years. A pleasant experience each time, friendly staff and no pushy sales. Prices seem fine too.

Waited 30 minutes to Test drive a kia, ABS light was on problem with the clutch which was supposed to be new. Sales man apologetic. Would still consider looking at other cars here. No hard sale technique will give them the benefit of the doubt

Be careful good friendly staff when they speak but not when they do. Ask me to pay and they will make spare key. They did not make after two days so I took car home and asked me to go 10 mile where the guy can make key near A13. However the key is not working so I called Chariots of Romford and they said when he come to hear I can go to them and they will repair the key. make sure before you pay them. Now they are saying I have to pay extra as it is not in invoice about second key

Was left to browse, with no pressure, or hard sell. I test drove two cars before deciding. Pleasant people to do business with.

Friendly staff they were helpful enough but I have 2 small issues the cigarette lighter doesn't work and I have no locking wheel nut,

I regret the day I walked into their showroom. I have an unreliable car with on going issues. The sales manager is slippery as they come. Please avoid as it is not worth the stress.

First time buying a car from a local car dealer. Very pleasant & smooth experience, car came with 30 day comprehensive warranty followed by 1 year engine & gearbox warranty.

Excellent car sales company. They appear to have worked it out perfectly. When you arrive they don't hound you. They allow you time to look around. When they do approach, they do so in a very polite manner offering assistance. I have bought a car from them in the past and have also received great after sales care. Its time now for a new car and my first choice was to go back to Chariot's. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. I will keep checking for a while because I trust them and their honesty in car sales.
