I do believe that FLC genuinely provide good quality second hand cars, and their building is absolutely lovely, however, I was disappointed that when I bought my car, I was told I was not allowed to test drive it, due to Covid, however the owner insisted on test driving my car, regardless of Covid - which makes no sense and is clearly a way to avoid any test drives taking place for prospective buyers, to avoid any put-offs or uncovering any issues.
The first time I was able to drive the car was when I drove it off the forecourt to go home. Secondly, when the owner took my car for a test drive, I hadn't removed my personal possessions from the car yet, and he clearly went through some paperwork that was in the car, which included doctors notes and other personal items - the paperwork was opened and moved when I got back to my car, and the owner even questioned me about some of my paperwork (non-car related!) which I found terribly invasive, and actually quite disgusting, and this should never happen.

I will advice people to take caution when purchasing car from this dealers. I purchase a car from them in 2018 and am sorry but this is the reg KY57KZH nearly 4 years ago. Am sure the reg number will ring a bell to them. Not until yesterday I was selling the vehicle I was told that the mileage was tempered with in 2011 way before I even got the car.
This affected the sales price for me. I do not understand why people will do that and still sleep peacefully. I advice people to check their with the display mileage before buying from them. Shameful people.

Thank you Tim and all the staff at FLC for the service I received when purchasing my new BMW. From start to finish the whole process was made very simple. I initially saw the vehicle advertised on their website and was able to reserve the car for 99 over the phone after seeing a high number of pictures and a short YouTube video highlighting the superb condition.
Upon arrival I was politely greeted by all staff, and I was immediately impressed with the modern showroom and stock on display. The car was exactly as described, the paperwork was completed within 15 minutes and ready to drive away. Thank you once again to FLC, a family run business that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Honest dealership : not internet car lot selling Just bought my sons first car from FLC. First class experience from all the staff and we travelled up from Stratford upon Avon as there was nothing local that could offer anything like the standard and customer service that FLC offered. Whole process was straightforward from the initial phone call to pick up. Alfa was immaculate on collection and nice to see genuine, honest standards still exist in today's somewhat eccentric world.

I cannot recommend a car dealer as much as I recommend these guys. I live more or less 300 miles away from the dealer from the first call they were a pleasure to deal with. A little while after I bought the car it developed some faults so as expected I was panicking but as soon as the lads found out about the issues they took the car back repaired everything and gave me a courtesy car for the duration.
I met and spoke to a few different lads throughout my experience and everyone of them were just brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Without hesitation I would buy my next car from FLC and recommend them to anyone considering buying a car from them. Keep it up.
