We had a fantastic experience purchasing our car with Trans City. Kerry was super helpful with my initial enquiry and welcomed us on our arrival. We were able to test drive the car on our own and there was never any pressure to buy. Everything was done in a friendly and professional way. Colin kindly delivered the car to our door and we even received wine and flowers which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

To begin with there was a problem with booking, but Colin sorted it, rescheduled and arranged pick up of car from home. I was also given a small discount and flowers by way of apology. Colin was helpful and did try 2 g

My partner recently took her car in for a service and they really went to town with the pricing; I was shocked. She made the mistake of not getting a price before hand and I think they took advantage of that. Will not be using again.

I visited that place and I asked if Skoda Citigo car is available and they said yes so I decided to buy, I asked if I can bring 5000 first and then take a credit for 3 years and pay. The guy said yes I'm gonna check he typed all my information on computer systems and said in couple of days the finance company will contact them and tell them If I'm available for credit.

So I waited nearly 2 weeks and yesterday I texted them again and they told me that the car was sold. I'm very up sad because they should of told me before to pay outright or someone's gonna buy that car. It's just waste of my 2 weeks. I could of looked for another car. I wouldn't not recommend this shop to anyone. You cant be so rude to your costumers like that. The guy who wasted my time is named Leo.

Worked with the magic Kerry who was only lovely from start to finish. Would have gone elsewhere to buy a car but ended up doing business with Trans City Skoda in part because they had been kind, accomodating and a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

Initially visited more than 12 months ago for a routine service. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Have revisited since and most recently purchased a new car. In the current climate we experienced inevitable delays but at each step we were updated by the staff, excellent communication and when we came to pick up the car received superb care. Would recommend and will continue to visit.

I bought a car here last week from sales rep Kerry and super she was! well well well, I would like to say a big thank you to the Trans City Skoda team, they are just amazing especially sales representatives Kerry and warren. They totally lived out all my expectations, very friendly and informative. i received a great service from ALL the team with a smile. i was really chuffed when i received a bottle of wine and flowers too! its really the little things that count and bring back customers. this is my second Skoda purchase for a dealership, i must say i prefer Trans City over the last dealership, they have a very friendly, warming demeanor and do what they car to assist you getting your dream car.

They come highly recommended by me and that goes for all. Warren, Kerry, Colin, Tina, Rob, Alison and anyone other staff i have left out. They have made me and my family really happy especially my son Roman. Thanks again guys

I have been a customer of Trans City for 20 years + now and I have bought 4 Skoda vehicles from them in that time. I have got to know the staff there very well and each time the level of service and customer care is first class. I most definitely recommend the services offered by Trans City and each of the staff are professional, respectful and patient.

There is no hard sell and the relaxed approach to sales makes it a pleasant purchase. Needed to get a car that was in the low emissions and ULEZ friendly category and Trans City did not disappoint. Thank you Warren for the bottles of wine, appreciated and a nice touch. My new vehicle which I'm very happy with. Services and mot's are usually turned around reasonably quickly (1-3 days) with the option of a courtesy car (if available).

The work carried out is always explained before being done and clearly presented on the invoice. A few years ago when one of my vehicles broke down, it had to be towed to the garage. Trans City went over and above and immediately supplied a courtesy car to help keep me and my family mobile. Overall, I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for a Skoda purchase and if the need arises would buy again.

All my car services and mot's have been undertaken by Trans City over the 20yrs and I fully recommend anyone thinking of coming here for theirs to definitely make a booking. Thank you all at Trans City, keep up the great work you do.

Just picked up "Ruby Scooby", my Christmas car from Trans City. Brilliant garage, very friendly, upfront with everything and always go the extra mile. Warren found me the perfect car within price range and milage etc. I always drive a hard bargain and they never fail to provide!. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere while living in London. Flowers and wine was a lovely touch and when l had my previous car they always let me know what work needed doing / price etc. Handy that they can fix/ service and MOT aswell. Many thanks to everyone today for being wonderful as always and for keeping us all moving in style!
