Great place to buy new or secondhand cars. This is the second Suzuki I have purchased from them. Unpretentious honest service and great prices especially if you work in a government paid job. The NHS discount was over 1500 pounds. They can also service or just supply genuine Suzuki parts. 100% happy customer.

I have been a customer with Levois at Colchester for many years, I've always receive great customer service by all the staff and the service team from Clive and all his amazing colleagues in the service area, today I went to purchase a new car and all I have to say is the moment I stepped into the showroom, the assistants were very welcoming. Due to the current situation with COVID 19 all precautions were taken promptly.

My salesman Mike was absolutely helpful and went through all the workings of the vehicle I purchased. He was very truthful and the car I purchased is all that I expected. Mike went out of his way to make sure that all was well with the car beforehand. He kept to his word, and I have to say he definitely knows his vehicles. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would definitely not hesitate to use this company again for a vehicle in the future, or recommend to friends and family. The service I received exceeded my expectations.

Excellent customer service. I was 20 minutes late for my MOT and service but Clive rebooked me and they did the work, even though they had to do the service a bit later in the day (he did say it helped that I had let them know I was late else the slot may have gone). Andy even cleaned the worst of the dog's mess off the passenger carpet! They even let me use their phone for a couple of urgent calls when my mobile went flat.

I bought the car there just after the June lockdown (having had test drive just before lockdown) and the service was excellent then as well. And the car (a Celerio) is a great little runner! Very economical.
