Recently took my Giulia Quadrifoglio in to Mangoletsi for its first (9k) service. They arranged the MOPAR service plan for me which is a brilliant way to manage the costs of running the car. Aaron who is the sales advisor at Mangoletsi took care of the car on the day and even managed to offer me some complimentary snacks and coffees whilst I waited for the service to be completed.

All done within 2 hours! I have been using Mangoletsi since I purchased my first Alfa over 20 years ago and their service department has been faultless. Great job and thanks again Aaron and the tech guys

Absolutely amazing service at Mangoletsi MG. Buying a new car was seamless from the warm welcome on entering the showroom to the knowledge of Dean Charlesworth who got me an amazing deal on the new MG ZS Excite. On Gotcha day I was made to feel special and Dean went above and beyond to make it a truly wonderful experience including getting my little girl an MG bear I've had the car 6 weeks now and I love it! Picked up my brand new MG ES EV on Friday and I am so pleased with it. Adrian, Sam and the rest of the team have been brilliant and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Answering any questions or niggles promptly and efficiently, providing superb customer service. I was regularly kept up to date on the process of purchasing the car and Adrian and Martin have followed up after the sale to make sure everything is okay. Absolutely stellar customer service - would recommend.

Picked up our new MG ZS Exclusive today. From the moment we booked a test drive a few days ago to collecting the vehicle this morning the service provided at Mangoletsi has been fantastic. In particular Dean who dealt with us throughout and gave an extremely high level of service. He was very thorough, communication was first class, thank you so much.

I used Mangoletsi in Knutsford to Service my Jeep, I have to say that my experience with them from start to finish was 1st class. There was a chap called Aaron who was super helpful over the phone with updates and just as helpful in person. Well, after receiving a recall letter for my Grand Cherokee, I called Mangoletsi's service department and what a very special lady I had the pleasure of speaking with. Michelle who is totally alive and wide awake is just the natural healer that anyone in low spirits needs to speak with. What a gem. I can't wait until my car breaks down so I can have a few minutes with her again.

Lovely lady. Thank you. When returning for a couple of relay updates, I was treated with respect by various staff who were all very helpful. I was quite impressed. Arron went out of his way to get me the information that I needed, nothing was too much trouble, he was on the go most of the time we were at the premises, an asset to the company, as is the young lady on reception, I didn't get her name but a lovely person. Thank you to the engineer who did the upgrades on my car, I didn't get to meet him, he was obviously very busy. All in all a great team.

This was the first time I have used Mangoletsi in Knutsford to have my Jeep Wrangler serviced. What a great experience from start to finish and when Arron rang from servicing one early evening with an update for some special parts on order I thought it was a sales call! A really good enthusiast team and my car was presented perfectly when we picked up the next morning.

We recently had the good fortune to buy a lovely Suzuki Ignis from Mangoletsi near Knutsford in Cheshire! The stress free from start to finish! Our salesperson John explained everything fully and we purchased the car with confidence! Highly recommend!

Superb customer relations with this company, nothing was too much trouble even when I started to get picky about what I wanted. Joseph McCormack and his manager Nathan were fantastic at sorting everything thing out, ready for my new MG Zs Exclusive to be unveiled and picked up. Everything was done via telephone or online and when I collected the car it was covered up with a red rope and brass cordon ready for me to do the grand unveiling. Cannot recommend Mangoletsi enough. Thanks to all concerned!

After searching locally (Midlands) for an MG ZS, I couldn't find one which would be ready until March 2022. I searched the Internet to find stock here. I was impressed with the contact and customer service until I managed to get up - an 80 mile drive. I found Joe who was my point of contact nothing but professional, not pushy and very helpful. I ordered the car following a test drive and collected a few days later. I was kept up to date throughout of collection times etc. Day of collection ran smoothly. Will use again!

We recently brought our Fiat 124 Spider from Mangoletsi, my wife's first sports car in her sixties!. Dean Charlseworth and his colleagues were very helpful and friendly. This is our third car from them and our experience has always been positive. When we picked our car up we were made to feel quite special.
