DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I dealt with Don who was very helpful to start with, I found a fiat 500 that was a great price, went and met him and looked at the car and he was very helpful so me and my dad trusted him, we proceeded with buying the car, I then realised that the USB port in my car was broken so I contacted don who came to my house and removed the usb and ordered a new one to fit for me, it's now been 5 weeks since this was done and the usb hasn't been fitted and no reply from don, completely and utter letdown DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD, he promised nothing but support if anything happened and it's been a complete lie. I am very very disappointed in the service that's been provided and would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them.

I bought a car from here 12 days ago. Since then the battery died in the car. The lithium battery failed in the key fob and Maslen say they can't find the spare key ordinarily supplied When discussing this with the sales manager he told me that he had been selling cars for 40 years. Not sure what that had to do with anything. That the failed battery should be under manufacture guarantee. Duh.

I bought the car from Maslen. Consumer law states my contract is with Maslen. He also said I must have left something on in car As I got up a multistory car park before it died its not likely. He then said he could have got me a cheaper battery. Ha ha. The car was stuck in a car park, best way yet to replace a battery. If you are determined to buy from Maslen check Consumer Protection 2015.

Manager at Maslen clearly hasn't Also take up car rescue service immediately. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I thought the Arthur Daley school of sales was dead. Apparently not

Don was very helpful when selecting my new car ! As I'm a new driver he helped me select something within my budget and style too. Very friendly customer service. I'd recommend to my friends and family.
