My wife and I visited the showroom looking for an automatic car, and we fell in love with a mitsubishi, the salesman Thomaz was so helpful, then the owner Ray Morris came in and introduced himself, we showed him the car we wished to part exchange, and he gave us the price we asked for.that was Thursday Friday afternoon we drove our new car off the fourcourt, simple and as quick as that, all paper work done, week later we can say we are so pleased with our car.we can highly recommend Automatic cars

I highly recommend Automatic Cars Ltd for buying a used car. I have recently moved to the UK and wanted to buy a used car for driving my family around. Ben and Tom are amazing team and answered my thousands of questions without frustration. They explained everything about the cars I liked and I never felt pushed. All the cars in their garage cum showroom are automatic, low on mileage and well looked after which is exactly what most used car buyers are looking for. Their prices are genuine too.

Bought our Vauxhall Astra Elite from Ray Morris March 31st it was delivered to our house. We noticed the sat nav wasn't working properly so we took I'd t back and got it looked at and it was discovered the screen was faulty. Booked it into Vauxhall just along the road as it was still under manufacturer waranty. Ray Morris garage loaned us a courtesy car while it was being done. Had to wait for delivery of the part so had the car back.

Once it had arrived o cevagain we was loaned there lovely little courtesy car. Job done Ray Morris's picked it up from the garage and we picked it up from them all in all extremely good service would certainly buy another car from them. Thankyou to all concerned. Mal and Brenda Townsend.

I would highly recommend this company. Great customer service when I went to purchase a vehicle. I was happy with the reasonable price they offered on my trade-in car and, best of all, they did all the administration work with DVLA for me! I haven't had any reason to contact them since but have no doubt they would do everything they could to help with any query I had on my purchased car.

After the Car Dealer who I had previously had a very long & trusted relationship with retired, I needed to buy a second hand car from a new Dealer. I bought my vehicle from Automatic Cars Ltd with some apprehension. I need not have been concerned. The car was clean with low mileage, and the Salesman Tom was so helpful and patient: he answered the many questions I had cheerfully and competently.

All the other Staff were equally helpful. There was a minor software problem which I believe could not have been foreseen, including in the full MOT that came with the purchase, and once identified Tom worked tirelessly to get the resolution. It could be said that anybody can sell you something, but a sign of a good Company is when a problem arises, they make sure it is resolved quickly and to your full satisfaction, with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

I would not hesitate to recommend this Company, and their aftersales service is absolutely excellent. I am very grateful to have found a new Company who I feel I can trust with my future vehicle needs.

Recently purchased a second hand Ford Kuga from this company. The car was as described on the website, it was easy to arrange a viewing and a test drive. Ben the salesman was easy to deal with and flexible, it was easy to make payment and collect the new vehicle along with part exchanging my old vehicle. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this company, excellent service overall.

We couldn't be happier with our Skoda Yeti. We were impressed with the low mileage, the new-car smell, and the mint visible condition. Since purchase, it's been 100% reliable and an absolute joy to drive. A recent Skoda dealer servicing revealed the car is in perfect mechanical condition. Tom was so welcoming and friendly taking time to patiently answer all our questions with zero pressure. Mr. Morris's team made the purchase totally hassle free.
