A Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a method of obtaining goods e.g. a vehicle through a pre -agreed fixed term finance agreement with part of the cost deferred until the end of the agreement. This may give the benefit of lower monthly repayments or a shorter period of repayment. Once all of the repayments, including the deferred payment and any fees are paid, the goods become your property.
Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a finance product that allows you the opportunity to buy a new or a used car. PCP is similar to a Hire Purchase (HP) agreement as you will usually pay an initial deposit, followed by monthly instalments over a term typically between 18 to 48 months. What makes PCP different to (HP) is that your monthly instalments are paying off the depreciation of the car, and not its entire value, over the course of the term.

Last year I bought my 3rd SEAT from Dales, the first two being reliable and having had no problems at all therefore I decided to buy a brand new SEAT Arona 2021 last year. Since I bought this car 10 months ago I have had nothing but problems, I absolutely love the car but it is incredibly unreliable. I have been left without a car on multiple occasions due to faults within the car, some highly unsafe.
I have not been given any option to change or reject the vehicle and it has been made extremely difficult for me to do either. I again feel completely let down and fobbed off by Dales with the car in the garage for the fourth time.

Been twice to have a look at the great cars that are in stock at Dales Dealership Scorrier. We had seen a few online and wanted to look and test drive an SUV first hand. Staff very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, positive professional attitude. Sorted us out, and now know just what we are looking for, after lots of searches, we have settled a beautiful SUV, and no not telling which one, you must come down and see & test drive, they have a vast range of different Makes & Models "Used" & "Brand New", So give them a try, you won't regret it

Bought my Seat Ibiza 1.0, in July, great runner and performance love my sunroof too, and beats entertainment, connects my Amazon Music brill, just took the car back to investigate a noise whilst braking, the car went in next day after contacting Seat, a check was made, also a though check of car, I am 100% happy with this service, no fault found but they greased brakes up, great job by the service dept, also Tony Harrison has been very helpful throughout.thanks again all at SEAT

Recently bought a Mazda C3 here. Andrew Arthur handled everything and he is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The sale went smoothly from start to finish. I will be keeping my car for a few years now but will continue to use Dale's for services etc. I highly recommend them.

We went to see Tony at Seat to enquire about getting a new car. We had planned on looking around at other cars and brands. However, we were so impressed with the Seat Ibiza and the non pushy sales from Tony that we walked straight back in. We are extremely happy with the car and the service we received. I had a fantastic experience buying my Seat Ibiza from Dales. The staff were very friendly and Daniel took time in showing me the car and answering any questions. Following my purchase, I even received a follow up phone call later in the week to ensure I didn't have any queries.
