Staff, including the so called manager were rude, haughty, disrespectful and dismissive. They have no idea of how to treat customers. I have never come across any sales agents who are as nasty as these. Maybe they thought I couldn't afford their cars.pish! I don't waste my time looking at things I can't afford. Totally put me off buying with the Vauxhall logo on it

This is my first time visiting this branch, I can honestly say from the call two days prior to my visit, to me taking my vehicle in for an MOT I have nothing but positive feedback. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and professional. I was extremely impressed and would definitely use this branch again for my upcoming service.

Been with them for a while, this being my second car with them. Sales was great and had my serviced done a few times, no problem. Back in Feb 2022, complained that the wipers were making sounds. Been told that they would replace them under warranty, and that they would give me a call back when they have the wipers in stock. Was told to wait 3-4 working days.
One month later, get a call from them to say the wipers are in stock and then book a time slot. They didn't have one till near end of April. I turn up on the day, and they tell me that I have to pay for it, and it's not under warranty, because wipers blades are not covered and it's a wear and tear. 1. I only got the car back in Oct, how bad are the wipers blade for it to have wear and tear after 4 months?
My previous Vauxhall I had for 3 years and it was fine. 2. I'm most annoyed by the fact that I got told two different things, and wasted time going back and forth to Croydon. 3. Then being told They didn't have a record of me coming in at all back in Feb. Just feel like I been messed around over 2 months. Very annoyed

Appointment at 10 AM yesterday, so at 09.30 AM dropped my car there. For a 20 minutes job, they promised to be ready at 04 PM in the same day. I finally got my car next day after half hour waiting, and they didn't got the time to setup the menu in English. What about if I didn't know spanish or french, what about if they put it in russian language?

I wrote about 8 months ago of the excellent service i received from Paul, who has now left. I am not been kept up-to-date about my mobility car, i have to be call every 3 weeks to see if any changes why i can get my car. I have been waiting 10months now and still nothing. The only reason i chose Vauxhall was i was told about Paul, how friendly he is and i had like the Crossland. I tried to complain and feel like I'm been pushed to the curb. As i am some who suffers with anxiety and depression i am finding this very hard for my mental health.

This garage seems to be decent but I'm disappointed with you being a customer for some many years. Last year after 2nd services visit I had a feeling that oil has not been replaced. Today a message popped out "engine failure hazard" when tested it throw out the the code Engine Oil Deteriorated, well done, that's speaks for itself. Thanks garage, but I went to different one as I lost a faith in good service.

Tried to get booked in today for an emergency breakdown, it's 9am so didn't think it'd be a problem. Went through to bookings and the guy went to check for availability, then the phone cut off? I thought OK, let me call again, same number, opt 3 then opt 1. This time a lady fobs me off saying I've come through to the wrong place and I should call opt 3 opt 3.
Now I'm annoyed! So I call opt 3 opt 3 and the lady says she doesn't know why I was told to call her? Apparently all lines for Croydon are down, so she'll take my details. but then proceeds to pretend not to hear me when I'm giving my details. I'm in my house with clear reception so it must be bad connections on their part, either that or they just don't wanna deal with it!
Now I'm annoyed! So I call opt 3 opt 3 and the lady says she doesn't know why I was told to call her?
