Exceptional cars with great service Burford cars was recommended to me so I went to see what they had available, I was very impressed by the high quality range of cars and excellent service. Frank helped me understand more about the car I was looking at - most importantly without the pressure selling and lack of interest I'd experienced in main-dealer. I purchased an Audi SQ5 and am over the moon with it. I will be back again and I recommend you pay them a visit too!

I would give zero stars if I could. Was due to sell my car through Burford Car Sales and the experience was awful. Adrian turned up and from his opening line of "9 out of 10 cars I look at I find problems with" I just knew it was going to be a poor experience. We had already agreed a price in principle based on the defects I had already highlighted weeks before however Adrian used the same defects in his revised on the spot cost analysis wanting to knock off a further 1,000. The whole process was a waste of time and I feel completely let down and now understand why it is near impossible to find a trustworthy car salesman.

After having an awful experience at my local harwoods dealer I lost faith in trying to find my new car until I found one on auto trader and messaged Burford cars! Mario replied and that day I was on my way to test drive my dream car! All faith was restored thanks to Mario who was fantastic! Good location as it was easy to find. Very impressed with the quality of both the cars for sale and the service of the sales team. It made a change to view a vehicle which lived up to the description given in the advertisement (Autotrader). They replied to my enquiry within minutes, arranged an appointment at my convenience, arranged plate transfers, rectified all requested issues on the car I was buying. I bought a second hand BMW from this company. It was a very positive experience. The dealer was very friendly and made a point of being honest about the deal and what he could offer. Judging by the cars they were selling, the firm deals mainly with high quality cars. It is a small firm, so one receives very much a personal service. They even went so far as to go down to the local post office to tax the car for me. Highly recommended!
