Brought an approved used vehicle from this garage and couldn't be happier! The whole process from start to finish was great and Darren Kwateng went above and beyond during my experience of buying a 1 series (M Sport). Keeping in regular contact through phone and email, sending me multiple videos of the car with specific elements I was interested in shown, such as the interior lighting.

All questions I had were answered, very smooth process and delighted once my car was delivered. - I would 100% recommend Harold Wood if you are looking for an approved used BMW!

I've been attending this dealer for nearly 10 years and my most recent visit has undoubtedly been the best. My experience with Sebastian Lewis was exceptional. I brought my car in with a fault late on a Friday before a bank holiday weekend. Sebastian immediately took charge and was reassuring. I felt well looked after throughout the following week and everything was made easy and uncomplicated.

I have to commend both Tammika and Olivia in looking after me during the process of buying a brand new BMW 2 series coupe. Despite the long production time I was kept updated and Olivia made sure the hand over was particularly special for this, she showed me how the car worked and set up my BMW profile. I drove away a very happy customer and have no issue in recommending my friends and family to pair of them. I wish them both the best luck going forward and are a true asset to your team.

After purchasing a M2 Competition. Sytner Harold Wood had not prepared the car to a high standard. Stone chips a ding in the drivers door. Rear tyres at 3mm. Promises that certain extra would be included but never materialised. No paper work or workshop video to show what preparation had been done as other Sytner branches do. I had to ask and still never arrived.

Although in fairness Sytner Harold Wood quickly agreed to rectify these problems they sent me an email making out I am in the wrong for complaining and they had done their best from day one!

We recently bought a used vehicle from Sytner, part-exchanging our car at the time. The team were really helpful both on the phone and in branch, particularly Thom who helped us on the day of purchase. We felt we got a fair price for our part-ex and would highly recommend the overall service.

I went to this amazing BMW dealer for a recall appointment and the service I got was mind blowing, though there were other customers with newer cars, they made me feel special and apart from the excellent job they did on my old 2001 X5, they also freely washed and vacuumed my car and I almost didn't recognise my beloved car because it was looking brand new and I could not differentiate it from the newer cars parked next to it. I will be happy to visit there again and definitely recommend them to others too. Thanks guys you've definitely made this customer happy

I have experienced a great Service from Steve Silk at Sytner Harold wood. After having problems trying to book my MOT with there main reception area. I contacted Steve who instantly dealt with situation, and booked my MOT straight away, confirming all details with me once booked. I would fully recommend the Sales department for there excellent professional prompt service, Steve has excellent customer service.
