I rarely write reviews but the exemplary service I have received from Clive Sutton Ltd. has motivated me to put 'pen to paper'. I saw an advert for the car on eBay with 'buyer collect' signalled, but the car was in central London and I live in Hull (- a 4 hour drive!). I contacted Luke Sutton and explained that (a) I had a car to trade-in and (b) I would prefer if the car was delivered and my car was collected; - a bit of a tall order! Remarkably, after a little research, a fair price was negotiated for my car and free delivery was offered on the car I was purchasing!

Yesterday the car was delivered, I noticed it pull-up outside my house, only to drive off again; I wandered around the corner only to find the driver cleaning insects off the bumper before the handover; the car was in concourse condition. Later the same day Luke Sutton phoned to make sure I was happy with the purchase. It has been a pleasure to deal with Luke and I would without hesitation do business with Clive Sutton Ltd. in the future.

I recently purchased my BMW from Clive Sutton and was very pleased with the whole process from start to Finish.
