I would highly recommend this garage. We bought a 2014 qashqai for my wife from here. The service has always been outstanding. Friendly, courteous and not at all pushy. We had a very minor issue with a door seal, which we only noticed after having the car for a week or so. I contacted them and they immediately made arrangements for the issue to be corrected. Exactly the sort of garage you want to be buying your car from. We have already referenced them to friends.

Purchased a VW Golf from Andrews garage very friendly staff who gave me all the info I wanted about the car. Left a very happy man. Also great aftercare service. had a warming light come on, rang Andrews garage they instructed me to go to any VAT registered garage to get it sorted, so I took it to a main VW dealer they fixed the problem and Andrews garage paid for it in full. I'd definitely recommend them.

Left the showroom not only with a car I love, but with a BIG SMILE thanks to the whole team at Andrews Garage. They took time and effort in helping me choose a car of my need. The even more confident experience was that the car I purchased was AA standard approved too. This made me feel even more safer in driving my new car. Any questions you have are answered throughly, no rush when you on test drive, any query you have they answer all your calls, messages.

Bought a car from here September 2016 which I was really happy with and paid for a year's warranty. The air con did not work when I bought the car so i rang them and they said their repair garage can fix it for free but they are only open Monday to Friday till 5. What kind of garage only opens when everyone is at work? I left it for the winter as obviously I didn't need it and I finally managed to get some holiday from work so I can have this done and they denied me as it had been "left too long".
I cannot afford to have time off from work as saving for house and generally living at the same time is extremely expensive, but they were not willing to understand this. So do not buy their warranty as they will try to get out of it and have a garage that basically isn't open.

I used to trade with Andrews Garage for many years until my retirement early this year and know that they sell good quality cars and give the best possible service. I recommend them and after using them I know they will not let you down. Good family run business who will at the drop of a hat go out of their way to help you.

I found the staff at Andrews Garage to be very polite, knowledgeable and seemed after my best interests. I can't think of much to say about the dealings because everything went as expected and I have had no problems since. So basically it is a thumbs up from me and as a businessman myself I fully appreciate the troubles we have regarding the 1% that may have a bad experience.

I made the mistake of buying a car from Andrews Garage Sales. It was meant to have done less than 50'000 miles but the engine gave up before I got it home. I was left stranded and the owners of this company went missing. I am still trying to get back the money I am owed. Nice people when you are giving them money, just wait until you have a problem (and you probably will). AVOID. My advice is go to a local dealer you can trust, I have had so many people contact me to tell me of similar problems.

Andrews Garage another word Andrews Garbage. On the 28th December 2011, I saw 2 adds on the auto trader for ford galaxy, one of the advert was as follows FORD GALAXY 1.8 LX TDCI 5 DOOR DIESEL 7 SEATER MPV MPV7,6952007 (57 reg), People CarrierTrade seller, distance: 85 miles 75,374 miles Manual 1.8L Diesel 1 0 5 Doors, Manual, MPV, Diesel, 75,374 miles, SILVER.
Full service history, ICE - Radio/CD, Air-Conditioning - Auto, Central Door Locking - Remote, Immobiliser, ABS, PAS, Parking. So I called them on the same day (as it did not have any photo of the car) and spoke to a lady who asked which car we were taking about as they had 2 galaxy, one was light blue 07 plate zetec model and the other was silver 57 plate LX model and informed both were still available, so i told her i was interested in the silver LX model, so she gave me more details of the car and also mentioned that the rear windows were electric and had Alloys. she told me that they were closing at 4pm so we had to go atleast an hour early.
I spoke to my brother who told me it was impossible for an LX model to have rear windows electric but may have alloys, it could be that the previouse owner had put it on. So my brother called and the same lady answered. she also informed the same things to my brother so we got the address 4 Caludon Road Stoke Coventry CV2 4LP Tel: (02476) 458635 Tel2: (02476) 459605 Fax: (02476) 441327 and headed for the almost 2 hours journey from London. when we got there, we could not see any one on the forecourt, I and my brother took a tour but could not locate any of the galaxy but the rest of the cars were spanking show room condition.
We walked in the building/office and saw a lady behind the a tinted glass known as the office, we informed her that we called and she said yes I remember, my brother asked can some one show us the car, she said its in the forcourt, we told her it wasnt there, she repllied "strange", she called some one and a man came out, we told him we came to see the silver 57 plate galaxy, he looked surprised and said its not her yet, its coming on Saturday.
We told him we came all the way from London cos the lady told us it was here and explained to him, he went and spoke on the intercom to another guy, he said take them and show it. The guys then told us that the car was in the other garage which was few minutes down the road, told as to jump back in our car and follow him. we went following him down the road, there was another garage with a sign saying accident repairs, free quotes. the foucourt looked like a scrapp yard, he went and opened the shutter, we went in and saw 2 galaxy along side other cars which were either damaged, getting repainting etc, the blue 07 plate galaxy had masking tape on the saide near the front passenger door, it was getting ready to get painted. the man then pointed at the car we were interested in, it was def 57 plate but the colour was gold not silver, the wheels wornt alloys either, the car looked mashed up had dents and the back bumper was broken, looked as if it had an impact at the rear. the dash board was taped up with sellotape( no wonder he said the car was coming to the site on saturday).
I told the guy maybe I'm colour blind but the car is gold and not silver as described, he then said no you are right its gold, I said whats the mileage on it, he then told me it was the same mileage as advertaised, it was LX model though. I then showed him the advert on the auto trader on my iphone, he then replied very strange, nevery seen that car, then i told him that the lady said it was available. he then walked away and spoke to someone on the phone. came back and said the car you came to see is sold mate, im really sorry. "SORRY" the man says.
Stay away from this garage, the cars are all unrecorded accidental cars which they repair, paint and then sell it, no wonder the cars in the main garage forcourt look showroom condition. DONT TRUST THIS PPL, they made us travel so far for nothing. they wasted our entire day, BUT I must say at least I got to see what kind of garbage they have in stock.

I was impressed by the reviews on their website and that was my first mistake. There are no dates on the customer reviews so they could have been from the 1990's when it was a family business. I did buy a car from them and the salesman was extremely nice and helpful until I had signed the contract. He had told me they did a 16 point check before they let a car go, but afterwards could not produce anything to prove what was checked.
He just said "we make sure it's okay for you". I now believe this was a blatant lie, as I had to top the oil amongst other things myself. They told me a date that it would be ready and that they would phone me to say how it was going beforehand. They never did and I had to phone him several times on the day to ask if it was ready. It eventually was at about half past four.
When I got there the chap told me he had had second thoughts about having my trade-in vehicle and hacked 50% off the value to 'show goodwill'. He claimed because the owner was on holiday he hadn't got the authority to go any higher. Even though I had driven up from Northampton for the car, I was on the point of walking out and giving up, when he agreed to up this a little and eventually gave me 80% of the original price he had offered and said it was out of his own pocket.
He even charged me a fee to put the tax disc on. I felt completely conned. It was worse the next day. I discovered I had 2 slow punctures. They must have known as their foreign 'car mover' would have had to inflate them every couple of days so they looked ok on the forecourt. I phoned and left messages for the owner and emailed but never got a reply. I would not go back there again.
