Kieran @Lympsham was great. Made the process of buying my new car really easy.

I purchased a 12,000 car from a carbase branch, within a year the turbo failed. I have contacted Carbase regarding this issue but they're failing to take any responsibility. Please do not buy from carbase.

Purchased my second car from carbase. First car was a lovely Honda civic tourer but found the seating position uncomfortable. I'm 6 4. So unfortunately had to part exchange it for a more suitable comfortable car. Went to carbase lympsham to view available insignia sports tourer models salesman ray Cox was very professional in helping me to choose a beautiful Sri model.had a few hiccups during the process but all sorted out.

The car is absolutely a joy to drive. paper work was all completed correctly unlike a previous car dealer we dealt with. Carbase staff are very friendly and professional and don't try and push you into anything you are not happy with. Coffee is rather decent also. So thank you Ray Cox and carbase lympsham.

Had a delightful experience at Carbase. I recently purchased a low mileage small car to tow behind our motorhome. Hannah was brilliant from start to finish and I received a fantastic trade in price for my van which I part exchanged.

Good range of cars at reasonable prices. Found the car we wanted very happy with it. Salesman by the name of Kieran was helpful with the purchase. However, reason for 3 stars is due to Mike in the finance part of the sale. He was very pressuring and pushy to sell us the GAP insurance. We felt incredibly uncomfortable after repeatedly telling him we did not want this but he continued to pressure us and ask us why.

Then rudely calling us crazy that we didn't purchase this when it is clearly a personal choice. It is extremely unprofessional and if we hadn't wanted the car so much we would of walked out because of the uncomfortable way we felt. Sadly this tarnished our whole visit to Carbase and would seriously recommend not taking out finance at this dealership in fear of having to deal with Mike.
