Tuck my car in to arden garage engine warning light come on in my car went in to the get it checked out turned out to be a oil pressure light was fixed. Not over priced for a ford dealership will be back again

Fantastic, experience. They managed to fit me in with very quickly for an MOT when lots of other MOT providers in Stratford were booked up. An absolute life saver. I don't even have a ford but will be back!

Above all, I like the honesty and clarity that I get from Arden Garages compared to other local Ford dealers. I’ve had experiences at other dealers in the past where their pushiness puts me off. In contrast, Arden Garages go about their business in the right way in my opinion by focusing on delivering great customer service. Arden Garages are exactly what I look for in that they are helpful, friendly and genuine. I hope more garages follow their lead.

Kevin Miles and the whole staff at Arden Garages very excellent with their Help in the purchase of my new car.

Only needed to use them a couple of times so far, but I'm consistently impressed by their customer service. The chap on the front desk (ashamed to say his name escapes me now - my awful memory at fault sorry) is a credit to the business in particular. They were also happy for me to hide away in a corner and get some work done while they fixed Frankie - but I barely got 30mins done before they told me it was all done (granted it wasn't major work but still - very quick).

Excellent service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is always so immaculately clean I feel like I should take my shoes off on the way in. Easy recommendation; will continue to use them in future.

After searching various garages and dealers for a used Ford Focus I came across Arden Garages that had in stock a few possibilities. We live about an hours drive from the garage but sometimes you need to travel to get what you want. On arrival we were introduced to used car salesman Phil Dipple. After discussing our needs we went for a test drive in an extremely well looked after, full service history Focus.

On return we agreed a sale with a couple of extras.job done. Ardens is a family owned business and it shows. Superb friendly service, no pressure sales, just 100% genuine. On picking the car up at handover everything that was discussed prior was undertaken and more. I can not recommend this garage enough. You very very rarely see this type of business and service any more. I will be returning yearly for the service and MOT as it so worth the hours drive. A big thanks to Phil, one in a million.
