Friendly staff but not impressed with Honda's policy that it's 'safe' to wash and valet cars they are selling but not cars they are servicing! Very poor!

Rob who looked after me was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. He kept in contact regularly and was efficient in the whole motability process. The car perfectly suits my needs and the purchase went very smoothly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

DONT USE! I wanted to book a service under warranty to have my engine coolant fixed, they said they would charge a 160 investigation fee, this is a known scam reported by the bbc and dailymail where shady dealerships charge you to look at the car but don't make any repairs!

Similarly to Zoe's review, I have rung Bath Honda repeatedly over the last week and left my details to be called back but have not heard anything. They never answered the phone at multiple different times of day and different numbers. Never got through so won't get my business.

On line booking system is useless. Apparently its not a booking its a callback system. But even when you call them back to confirm they still don't call back. 3rd call to Honda and I booked with a local garage. Will never use again.

My customers Civic had a sticky window. Advised by service dept diagnostic cost up to 110 plus parts and fitting which I authorised. Dealer called me to say fixed free of charge!

I have called the sales team, a week ago to enquire about the options available coming close to the end of my lease. I have been promised a call back in a few minutes, never happened. I called back beginning of this week, I spoke to Mark in sales team again I have been told I would get a call next morning. I waited all morning for the call, not received.

When I called back I have been told the sales person in charge of my contract is on holiday. Since then I left a message for the sales team to come back to me, no response as yet. This is awful customer service and I have doubts I will use this business ever again. Very disappointed as I was very keen to renew my car

Nice friendly place. Despite being Honda owners for a long time, this was our first time using the bath dealership for a yearly service. All went well except that we needed to give extra time for a valet. Apologies where given and accepted by us (It was an excellent valet). Recommended.

After owning a Honda civic before I returned to Honda this time as a wheelchair user. I phoned and made an appointment to meet Joseph the very next day at a time of my choice. On arrival we were greeted by Joseph and offered a coffee before he introduced us to a trainee Alex and asked if we minded if Alex joined us
Felt very welcome and both guys were very polite and easy to talk too
They answered all our questions comfortably and clearly
After we were given a lift home in the model we were looking at saving us the bus journey home

I bought a 3 years old car in this dealership. The staff was friendly and helpful and I did not feel high pressure sales tactics like in other places. After three months with the car everything works as expected and with no problems. I cannot comment on their customer support because luckily I did not need it so far.

Took my wife's jazz back for a recall. Bought a honda as was fed up with other brands poor reliability. Had the car 5 years and only paid for a new battery in that time!!! Friendly service, would recommend.
