I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from Autozone for my wife without going to see it first. It's not something I would usually do but I needn't have worried. The car is in A1 condition and looks and drives amazingly well. My point of contact was Terry and the whole process was hassle free from start to finish. I would recommend Autozone to anyone.

Amazing service from Autozone! My husband saw a nice car for me that was advertised online. So after phoning and speaking to Mike, we took a trip up to have a nosey. Autozone always seem to have a top pick of NICE cars! Mike wasn't there so we were greeted by Adam instead. What friendly professional service from a gentleman in sales! So knowledgable and not pushy at all.
We ended up purchasing my new car from Adam and I can assure you we look forward to doing business again with Autozone. All staff are so approachable and friendly. On visits to the showroom, all Covid-19 precautions were taken, which really impresses me - from temperature taking, to sanitising with tracking and tracing details. Autozone - we WILL be back! I've been an Autozone customer for years and have just collected my latest purchase. The car is in mint condition and I'm delighted with the care and attention the team showed in finding the right one for me! Adam was brilliant at explaining all the technicalities and happily answered any queries I had. They're my go to for everything from servicing to MOT prepping. The aftercare I've received is brilliant, and nothing is too much trouble. I can't say enough good things about everyone at Autozone.

I was looking for a upgrade on my car and seen the reviews for Autozone, which seemed to good to be true. So I took the drive up from belfast an the reviews were correct as from the moment I walked in the staff were so friendly, covid compliant and helpful. I was introduced to Mike and from my initial test drive to to sales agreement he was excellent.
The car was fully serviced and ready to go in a few days and Mike kept me informed throughout which to me is the sign of excellent customer service. I will have this car for a few yrs but will gladly drive back up from belfast to get another from Autozone as can't fault the full process from start to driving out of the showroom. Many thanks

Seen this stunning Mercedes Benz CLA Class 200d Sport Auto online and phoned Autozone to make an enquiry. Spoke to Adam (sales) and said I would call in about an hour. When I called the car was sitting spotless for me to take on a test drive. Adam's customer service is second to none! I also met William (finance) who gave me a great deal on an extended warranty.
The car was fully serviced and ready for me to pick up Friday past. I'm delighted with the car and based on the professional service I received from both Adam and William, I'll be recommending Autozone to family, friends and colleagues!

First class service. Painless and easy trade in and all within covid guidelines. Ample choice in used cars, did not take long to find a suitable choice and again the chaps in the office looked after all financial details accordingly and discreetly. After service excellent from friendly and knowledgeable staff also. Would highly recommend.

Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in 50 years. Don't return phone calls, late for car pick up by 30 minutes with no apology. Tried to hoodwink another 199 then laughed it off when caught on. This was an Electric car purchase, the car wasn't even charged, ran out of power on the way home and had to get a recovery truck to continue the journey. Had no "handover" on the car whatsoever, obviously electric cars are new to us all at this time.
You would think dealers would get to know them, not Autozone - they leave it up the customer to find out absolutely everything. Most definitely not recommended - AVOID at all costs! Edit: in response to your reply. I wasn't reviewing other customers interactions with yourselves, I was reviewing mine. Delighted to note you didn't try and dispute my review.

I bought my Vauxhall Corsa SRI from Autozone 2 weeks ago. The help and information I received was perfect. He made sure that the Corsa would be in the best condition for buying. The Alloys had a full refurbishment, Full car valet inside and out, any little scratches blended in, half tank of petrol and new car mats. This is my first car bought by myself and I am more than happy with it, I will definitely be back to Autozone for any future cars. I could recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality car the service was outstanding. I would like to thank Autozone for all the help and a perfect car.

We have just taken delivery of our fifth car from Autozone, a Volvo XC60 D5 AWD. We first used Autozone several years ago and were so impressed with their attitude to their customers wishes and needs, that we had no hesitation in purchasing vehicles from them on so many occasions. I managed to buy a Mercedes B180 exactly when floods had made delivery of anything except a boat a serious problem, but I already knew from dealing with the staff that AutoZone would get through as soon as humanly possible. Now I live near Portsmouth, right on the South Coast of England, so delivering a car is already a journey that only the best would ever offer to undertake.
But there, slightly earlier than I thought possible, was the AutoZone team with our new car. (A neighbour who is a lifelong Mercedes driver actually thought it was a truly new car, as did my wife, our home help, our daughter and her husband...)
The technical and aesthetic preparation of the car was absolutely flawless, the level of presentation I would only have expected from a main dealer, who would have wanted more money for such a good car than we could have afforded.
The technical preparation was so good that the local Mercedes dealership accepted the car for the Mercedes service package plus international assistance scheme immediately. That's an objective commendation of the way AutoZone select and prepare their cars if ever there was one.
Using the car has proved to be as good as anyone could get from any similar car, even bought brand new.
A very long trip across France went by quietly and comfortably, and short trips pootling around suburbs and countryside are actually far less demanding than they were in our previous, "luxury", car. AutoZone's staff knew more about the car we needed than even we did... And there it is, our last years of motoring already dealt with. Brilliant.
