Horrendous service loyds bmw Newcastle.
Bought a supposed used approved bmw with warranty. They managed to not put in a tool kit so after I had a puncture we couldn’t get the wheel id as no locking wheel nut.
Called the cowboys at Lloyds and no movement as it was on their check list. No tow hook, pump and wheel nut. How strange.
Thereafter the car has a rattle as also two rear wheels that have cracks in. None covered by warranty.
Jokers. Avoid and go back to Mercedes.

Purchased via a lease a new 2022 X3. Overall good experience with service dept on previous car. On the new car, the whole sales negotiation to new car delivery and aftercare has been excellent, lead by Ross. Everyone I have interacted with has been great in terms of customer service. First impressions great build quality and very nice to drive. Thanks also to those who keep the showroom immaculate and the back of house team who have cars looking pristine ready for handover

Very pleased with my new F30 335D, recent purchase. Had the excellent help from Anthony Day who always answered all questions and got back to me the same day, with answers, pictures or videos of said car. The service was excellent. The showroom is well presented, Anthony and Paul took time to understand our needs, they were polite professional and friendly. In choosing a new car they were happy to give me a number of test drives and this allowed us to make the right decision on the vehicle. The vehicle was supplied in excellent condition, valet, clean etc. and the handover was very smooth. I would not hesitate recommend Lloyd BMW.

Very professional service. Not perfect, but does everything possible to support you. Great range of BMW's on display, so tempting to go for one of them. Especially when they have special event and great finance options on offer. Special thanks to Nicole(servicing team), she was amazing all round. I've been in many BMWs, but this I'd most special- professional, people are down to earth and approachable.

Fantastic Customer service from Cleaner to Sales, Wonderful coffee and cakes whilst you wait, Large selection of Good clean cars. Very good one way system but could do with a few more Customer only parking spaces but I know tight on space for a City centre location. You go in with a Smile and you come out with a bigger one knowing that you drive a BMW . A1 every time

The staff here this week were fantastic! In a nightmare scenario, I broke down outside with a flat tyre (not even a BMW!) and the whole team rallied, ordered a tyre in, gave me and my daughter coffee and even a lift to and from Newcastle while it was being repaired. I am so impressed with how they dealt with it all and with no thought of profits to themselves.

I recently bought my new M140i from Lloyd Newcastle, the service is first class the staff are very attentive and friendly it could not have been easier. If you are in the market for a new BMW or used BMW then look no further than this fine bunch of people.

Came in to have the airbag recall procedure carried out by Lloyd on my old E39 and was pleasantly surprised to receive a health check video via email informing me of some advisory repairs within half an hour of me leaving it with them. I've never seen a garage do this before, so I was impressed. No nonsense, everything sorted by noon. Also received some nice comments about the condition of the car. Polite and professional - full marks.

What an amazing dealership! Well worth the 3 hour drive! All the staff are so nice and attentive, the receptionist (sadly I didn’t catch her name) even made sure I had plenty of water for my drive home! While making an essential and unpleasant drive through “The Beast from the East” The windscreen wiper arm literally snapped off my elderly 5 series, leaving me unable to see in the blizzard conditions. A quick call to Lloyd’s and they confirmed they had the part in, the service staff stayed back although the weather was worsening, and replaced the whole parallel wiper arm. I could get on and visit my Dad in hospital. 5* service, from Lloyd’s. Thanks very much!
