I've recently bought a car from Reed Autos and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to find a reliable used car. The experience was great. The staff, in particular Ross who handled my sale, were really friendly and knowledgeable about the car I had reserved. The car was ready waiting for me to test drive and the staff were incredibly efficient at getting everything sorted for me to buy and drive it away within an hour!

I would highly recommend Reed Autos. They have a large selection of cars to choose from and they made the whole process of choosing and buying a car easy and straightforward. A special thank you to their salesman, Asif, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Chose a car - reserved immediately and taken off the website. Kept informed fully whilst car was delivered to the site, checked over and then booked in for test drive. A couple of minor issues quickly resolved before picking the car up, and then able to take home. Checked at an independent garage before the 7 day guarantee expired and absolutely no hidden surprises. Very happy with the service offered by Ross and the team - great car at a great price, much better value for money than other dealers!

I'm jealous others have had good experiences here, we didn't. I've never left a bad review but I feel compelled to warn others about using Reed Autos. Our service from Reed Autos was awful. First appointment went ok as we knew what car we wanted, after they took our deposit it went downhill. After paying 1000 deposit and signing up for finance, we were given a fixed price which we accepted, days later before we were due to come and collect the car that price per month had gone up by 35, when we raised that we weren't happy, Jake advised we can cancel he deal.
At this point, we couldn't cancel as we needed a vehicle and we had initially travelled 75 miles to view the vehicle. Communication was poor, the phone lines aren't easy to get through either - we then collected the car and before we even left the car park the two salesmen got in our car that we part exchanged and sped down the road (because it was a performance car) which was so unprofessional.
Once we got home, we realised the spare key didn't work and the back window also didn't work. To make matters worse, we were driving the car for a month without car tax which they happily let us drive off the forecourt And hadn't advised us. We contacted the company about the key and tax and their response was so poor, they advised the "key worked fine" and said it was our problem for not checking about the tax.
Overall it was bad customer service and they're keen to get the deal done and get us out. I wouldn't recommend going to Reed again, or recommend to anyone else. We're 3 months down the line and seen that our 400 premium warranty is also pointless as we're now having issues with the battery already which we're going to have to pay for. The whole experience has been terrible and we won't buy a used car again. Disappointed to say the least.

Saw a car that I was interested in and called to get a rough price which was 1000 - 1500 lower compared to other garages I had contacted but I thought I would travel to garage and let them see my car to obtain a more accurate price. Staff were very pleasant but any questions regarding the deal Jamie had to keep going back to his manager. After my car being assessed Jamie came back with a final price which again was 500 lower than most other garages were offering and the car I was looking to purchase was newer than mine but wasn't as high a spec and condition wasn't as good either.
I don't know where they get their prices from but it's certainly not the same place as other major dealers I had visited. In my experience if a deal can't be achieved with the salesperson usually the sales manager would be introduced which didn't happen and in my opinion would've been more professional and would've saved a lot of my time. If anyone is thinking of using this garage make sure you check other dealers first to obtain the best possible price for your trade in as your money is hard earned and is even more valuable now. I trust I won't have to wait as long as a previous customer, 18 days I think to get my refund returned. Just for the record this is a true record of my very poor experience.

I was really impressed with this garage when I bought my car, the staff were helpful and kind, the car was perfect and the whole process was smooth. I was told as I purchased the car that I would receive my holding deposit back within 1-10 days. it's now been 18 days/14 business days and I'm still yet to receive my refund back. I've called up multiple times to be told they're chasing it up, they'll call me back, it's been refunded but they'll look into it and let me know, yet I still haven't heard anything and I still don't have my money back. This was a huge let down for the whole experience.

Travelled from East Norfolk to view a car we spotted on Auto Trader. We were met by Max who looked after us very well throughout the whole process of the deal. Very well presented car and a very reasonable trade in value for our old one. As we had travelled a fair way Reed Autos prepared the car for us while we waited in the comfort of the waiting area and we were able to drive it home then and there. Do not be apprehensive about any aspect of Reed Autos, we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Good luck for the future Max and thank you.

I approached Reed Autos as I was looking to buy a small, reliable hatchback. The salesman, Jason, came across as very knowledgable and was thoroughly professional throughout my buying experience. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, and I really felt that Jason took the time to discuss my buying options with me in order to ensure I drove away in the best vehicle to suit my needs. From booking the car in for its MOT to driving it away the service was excellent. I've used Reed for a number of years now for various repairs/services/MOT and selling previous cars. I can honestly say the service has been excellent. The new reception area is lovely and relaxing with cups of tea and cakes while you wait, with the receptionist keeping me updated with how long I had to wait.
It was my choice to wait while the car was being tested, which was really relaxing and comfortable. The work was done on time as it has been in the past. Previous services have been followed up by the mechanic taking me though what has been done. I would definitely recommend Reed Auto, professional service and friendly staff.

I had spoken with the salesman Sam previously on the phone. He was very informative and helpful as this was my first time buying a car. When I arrived at the showroom the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make my experience brilliant! Sam made sure everything I wanted was completed and is a real credit to the team.
