Since purchasing my car from them, any question I have had big or small has never been an issue for them. I cannot thank them enough for their expert time and service they have given me. Very polite. very professional.dont get hassled. so up to you to decide if you want a car or not. so very unfair to say they dont care. last bmax we got from here was.sorted in record time cleaned valeted and brought to door on pick up with heater on so nice cozy for trip back home to Bridlington. still look on website to see if anything taked my fancy :. when it does i will not hessitate to contact peter or whoever. well trusted.great staff. hard to find honesty & good mecanics these days.

Rang Holly early January to go for a test drive. As soon as I got in the car I knew she was the one for me. And even tho test drive wasn't very long it was a well worth experience. Holly asked if I was looking to trade in my other car so offered me a good price, dealt with all the paperwork even contacting DVLA for me too. The whole experience was like an old friend selling it too me.

No pressure like you get from the main dealers. Holly was so genuinely nice, will definitely be coming back again. And the 6 month warranty on absolutely everything is a good bonus too. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy and friendly.

Got my car at the beginning of the month. I've told everybody that we were made for each other. The car was spotlessly clean. Holly was brill. She explained all the controls to me, which was good as I'm new to driving an automatic. Holly was more like a friend that I had known for years rather than somebody selling a car. Having bought my car in June with a 6 month warranty, a warning light flashed up in October. I rang Hodgsons and they were quick to apologise and to try resolve the issue. They agreed to pay to have my local garage fix the problem instead of me having to go back across to them. Very professional from first contact all the way through to the aftercare! Forecourt very clean,workshop very clean so good first impression .Staff polite and well presented. This is the first time buying a used car from Hodgson Car Sales and first impressions count. We usually buy from the main Ford dealers in Hull but were fed up of sitting through the big sell for things we did not want and then receiving a poor price for a trade in.

This is where Hodgson's for me anyway excel the price of the car you wish to buy less the very fair trade in price is what you pay. Easy no hidden extras straight forward buy and sell good old fashioned service with a very good modern quality product .Very happy.
