I took my Audi in for a recall at Worcs Audi. I am so impressed with the service I received. The service manager a man called Criss was so helpful a real pleasure to deal with he certainly went the extra mile. My recall job was done ahead of time and as soon as finished Criss called me for collection all in all a great company to deal with the job was done very professionally and vehicle cleaned and valeted. 1very satisfied customer thank you very much Audi Worcs.

Put my car in for it's MOT and oil service. Decided to wait at the service centre for the majority of time. My only gripe is that the estimated wait was three hours for completion when booking. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am and left at 14:45pm. However, Isabel the service advisor was pleasant and very helpful. Offering updates and drinks at regular intervals. I saved money on my initial quote and signed up for a service plan that I highly recommend. Not paying for my MOT and oil service on the day which is covered in the plan. Highly recommended.

I've had VW for 20 years and own a number of VW (some brought from listers), just spoken to a brand manage for VW Lister and was less than helpful, so much so put the phone down on me. Lister why are you putting your servicing prices up and now charging for collection and delivery? in these times you need to be competitive not pricing yourself out of the market.

Very disappointed with both Grantham and Lincoln dealerships. I made an appointment to see a salesperson and vehicle at the Grantham Dealership last Friday but after leaving work early to view the vehicle both the salesperson and the vehicles were not there. The vehicle apparently was away at the body shop being repaired after someone damaged it. I would have at least expected a call to rearrange the viewing to save me travelling and leaving work early.
I asked the sale manger to get the sale person to call me back.still waiting. Very disappointing. Second incident was on Saturday when my mate called in at the Lincoln dealership to look at a Hilux on the forecourt. No one came out to see him and when he did go in to the shop it took another 10 minutes but only after he stood in front of the receptionist, who also ignored him to start with.
She then got a young lad to go out with my mate but he knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle he was viewing. He will now be buying his Hilux elsewhere. Am not saying he was ignored because he has lots of tattoo's but it does make you wonder. It seems to me that Listers obviously do not need to sell vehicles at the moment. Would not recommend them to any of my mates.

I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation
