My husband and I had seen an Audi on the Internet and it was for sale at MB Motors. What a pleasant experience it was. We were asked only once if we were ok. We were not pestered by any staff. When we were ready we spoke to a gentleman called Sean. Sean was knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, including making me a cup of coffee! There was no pressure at all to buy a car.

We found there was a good range of cars and prices. We settled on. a Seat Leon, had a test drive. They put a full MOT on the vehicle. Everything was explained fully by Sean. When it comes to buying our next car, MB Motors will be our first port of call. (I feel that I should say I am disabled with a wheelchair. Sean really was very good, offering to pull out any car so that I could look round it properly). We would highly recommend that if you are looking for a car, give MB Motors a visit.

I've recently purchased a car from MB motor group in Bradford, as an ex motability car it is in excellent condition. It's only downside is that the previous owner was a heavy smoker but I'm sure that this can be dealt with. At the time of its purchase things were hectic so I missed a small issue with one of the car mirrors. I've reported it to the store prepared for them to refuse me any assistance given that it was 3 weeks post purchase but to my surprise the store manager was very professional and quick at his comms with me.

It was all arranged and fixed within a matter of days. They've also replaced a wheel cap that was stolen post purchase from my car which they had no obligation to do so. I was in general prepared to be disappointed but they've proven me wrong and they showed me that they do indeed value their customers. Overall a very good experience.

Pleasure to deal with. Friendly staff and good selection of cars at reasonable prices. We brought a vauxhall zafira and it was as clean and tidy as the day it rolled out the show room. Would recommend to everyone that you can buy with absolute confidence from these guys. Thanks alot and hope to buy from you again in the future.

Sell bad quality vehicles, had multiple issues with a vehicle we purchased from MB, never ending resulting in total engine failure that they refused to pay for. Never again, bunch of unprofessional, rude, clueless cowboys. Avoid!

Doesn't negotiate on price despite not having two keys with the car. Their prices are set in stone. Just be honest and admit that you would not provide a second key when I visited and refused to deduct the price of a second keyfrom the car price. You also went straight to the door and opened it to let me out (as of goodbye). You were mean and didn't want to compromise. Yourself to blame.

3 hours we waited for them to give us a price on our car to be messed about with an appauling offer. Wouldn't recommend I cant respond below but I guarantee we did visit the showroom and it is how you conducted your business with us! We did have to wait this long and your response just shows your level of service.

I want to recommend their name without any doubt to everyone who wants to purchase the best used cars at great prices. They are very friendly I am their customer since last five to six years; I always find awesome deals at their outlet without having to haggle with them. Definitely recommend.

Bought a Audi a6 avant from MB.
Went to view it tuesday afternoon , was looked after by Richard who was very easy to deal with and did exactly what he said he would do, even got a fair deal on my own car in part exchange .
Collected the Audi on Thursday fresh 12 months mot and a very good valet from the staff there. Overall a pleasant and easy experience, would recommend you take a look when wanting a quality used veichle.

I recently bought a great-looking black finished 2002 Range Rover Vogue from M and B. The engine had a slight rattling on starting and when cold but I thought it was minor -- tappets or something like that. I had it checked and there was a crack in the manifold. I reported this to M and B a week after I bought it and they acted very professionally and entirely according to the Consumer Protection Act. Naresh, the proprietor authorised me to get the repair done in London and he then paid the bill. M and B were polite, reasonable and very professional throughout and the car is now performing perfectly.

Me and my wife fetched my quad bike from mb motor group today and I was amazed not only at my quad but the glorious showroom and the quality of the other vehicles in there,, by far the best showroom I have seen, and as a mechanic of 25 years I have seen some showrooms, Terry dealt with everything and was very professional from start to finish ( a true gentleman) warm and friendly almost family like,, got me a great deal with first response finance ( Who are very good) overall a very pleasant experience even the valet helped me load the trailer up,, would recommend to anyone,,, many thanks to everyone involved

Warm, welcoming and friendly place to go, very knowledgable on my electric car. offered a brew straight away, and made to feel at home. terry and tom were both very professional and helpful. would highly recommend mb motors to friends and family.

The area was of putting but once inside showroom you would never know clean tidy drinks and snacks machine, tv, friendly staff and helpful, made us feel welcome. looked at car Saturday late afternoon drove it away following Wednesday. so reasonably quick turn around. Terry and other staff were knowledgeable test drive good. would go back again and recommend them. only thing I would change would be a 3 months standard warranty rather than 1 month.
