Personal Contract Purchase lowers your monthly payments. At the end of the term, you have the option to hand the vehicle back, trade it in or pay the final payment to take ownership. When you have chosen your vehicle, you will then agree your annual mileage and decide on the agreement term with one of our Business Managers. We will then determine the Guaranteed Minimum Future Value (GMFV) of the vehicle at the end of the agreement and work out a deposit and monthly amount that works for you.

Drove from Leeds to view a car here with the intention of going to view a couple more nearer home but ended up putting a deposit down with abit of sales persuasion, with the we'll throw this in but saying that, I picked the car up a week later and I couldn't fault it! My van has been in at OMC Oldham for a insurance repair last week. They stated it has had a new radiator, cross member and grill. Received a phone call to say the van has been fully repaired and is ready to pick up. Drove the van straight from the garage to my house and noticed the temperature for the engine was staying cold. Lifted the bonnet to find the radiator has no water/coolant in it and the reservoir was completely empty. Spoke to them on the phone and they told me to fill it up and come straight back.
Once I arrived back at the garage they promised me it was originally filled up and that it must have a leak!? (but yet they had done a full check over of the vehicle before I picked it up?) Once again they pressure tested it and told me there is a slight leak but to "keep an eye on it over the next week". Its now been a week and no water has leaked out at all, they just never filled the fluid up in the first place.
The workmanship by the mechanics is poor, the staff just lie and they will do anything to get you out the door! This is the third time I have had to use OMC Ford (not out of my choice) and wont be using them again. There is still broken pieces of plastic wobbling about near my radiator fan that they obviously couldn't be bothered to fix, but I don't want to go through the stress and time wasting of taking the van back! AVOID OMC FORD OLDHAM AT ALL COSTS!

Windscreen hose repair and MOT on Kia Picanto X-Line. Went Thursday and they didn't have the part. Ordered it and told me to come in Friday for the repair, which was covered by the warranty. MICHELLE in the office were very welcoming and allowed me to work from my laptop in the waiting room for a couple of hours. Excellent service - very satisfied customer! :

Great approved used car buying experience, Chris dealt with me, great guy, very professional and knowledgeable on the car and insurance/ warranty products offered. Nice test drive, with covid rules in place. Got a good part ex price on my own car which I was happy with, and given contact details of somewhere to get a tow bar and rev cam installed, which is now all done, I've had the car a couple of weeks now and it's been great, I did have a small issue with a wiper blade which was sorted straight away, no issues or quibbles. All in all a great place to buy very good quality cars from a trusted ford dealer, you can't go wrong. Thanks Chris. Conrad.

Just bought our 4th car from OMC Ford Oldham and we can’t thank them enough. Our all new Focus ST Line X is an amazingly gorgeous car matched by an excellent sales team led by Dave Edwards. Our salesman was Andy Brelsford who provided us with excellent service along with a friendly atmosphere from the rest of the sales team. Just taken it for its first trip and it drives like a dream, a pleasure to drive. Why buy from anywhere else when you can buy from best, well done OMC... again ! Unfortunately we have had to take Oldham Motor Group to court, after paying a 3250 cash deposit and not been happy with vehicle on delivery. we have now waited 3weeks with no refund, even after he's told us the vehicle has been sold again. I'd be very carful buying off this company as we are having now proceed to court. I will upload pictures later of the car transported that was sold. very very poor service.

Yesterday we collected our new Ecosport from OMC. We have had a number of cars from them over the years and they have always provided us with excellent after sales service and friendliness. All the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Today we got a complete shock. My wife was presented with a wonderful bouquet of flowers together with a card and thank you gift for all our purchases over the years. A great big thank you to Stuart and all the staff. Not as good as other garages around (by a long margin). the main repair man is very friendly and good. the main receptionist is alright. simple points about the repair of my car were shobby or missed. the place appears so big that they literally just repair what is written on the paper. if it says front door and part of the rear door is damaged, common sence may tell a normal person this was from the same accident, lets repair it.

I very recently purchased a used Ford from OMC Rochdale, having seen it on Autotrader.
Communications following our initial enquiry were quick, and when we visited the showroom to test drive the car the staff were helpful and friendly. When I collected the car it was spotless and presented beautifully. They'd sorted the cambelt and put enough fuel in for me to get home, at no extra cost to me.
There was a minor problem in the first week (the reversing light switch had gone), but OMC went out of their way to fix it quickly and without inconveniencing me - all sorted now.
Buying a used car can be a minefield and it's naive to think that you can guarantee that there won't be problems, but these guys have made it a positive experience so far. Thanks to Dave and all the team at OMC Rochdale.
