I brought my car from Unbeatable cars in August 2018. They had a good selection of cars on sitI. One of the salesman who spoke to us was very professional and explained us about the car. We chose our car and agreed tot the deal. I did pointed that there was loads of dog hair at the rear seat and in the ceiling of this car. Salesman did mention that they would do a complete valet service before delivering the car.

After two days when we collected our vehicle we had another saleswoman who was professional but we were rushed to collect our vehicle and she didn't explain anything. I noticed there was still dog hair in the car and pointed out to her who said bring the car next time they will valet again but we live 45 miles away and not easy to travel again for a valet as they should have done it in first place. We been told we can buy tyres from them from wholesale price but when i had a puncture they couldn't help me with one and said it might take a week for the tyre to arrive.

The staff are the biggest asset for this firm. I bought a Ford Focus and it has been a dream. My neighbour ended up buying a car from there too and she is very happy with it. We always send friends and family there when they say they need a new car. So far no problems. Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, but that's it. Expensive cars and on collecting my car with just 900 miles on it I found parts missing from my car, scratches on body work and agreed fixes only part done. (seeing as this was a nearly new car I didn't think it'd need many fixes but there we go). Parcel shelf missing along with boot liner missing among other things.

They still have the car even though I've paid for it now, to fix the scratches. I have part exchanged a 7 seater for a new 7 seater, they offered me a Peugeot 107 as a courtesy car. Quite unacceptable. They couldn't even fix the new number plate on straight (like most cars there, an import from Ireland). All wonky. To which I got a response that they used the same factory screw holes. (Completely side stepping the fact they had to drill new holes in the new number plate). Just small things that they could do to complete the sale and ensure customer satisfaction. Left without my new car, my old car and feeling low.

The sales staff are friendly and compared to most car places aren't particularly pushy. My problems didn't start until after I'd bought a car. About one month after I'd taken ownership of the car it lost power whist I was travelling at 70 mph on the M25. I managed to make it across to the hard shoulder but I had to take my chances by coasting between the lorries and other traffic. UnbeatableCar agreed to look at the car and see if they could repair it, it was within their warranty.

However they then had it for almost 8 weeks. During which time I was persistantly told it just needed one more thing fixed and then generaly when I called them. Then it ended up having to go to the main dealer for more repairs. To date they have not diagnosed the problem or told me what they have done to repair it. I tried asking for a refund but they would not even consider it.

I was told that I had to ask in writing for any information on what work had been done, though I have been doing so for some time I am now being told that no fault was found and no work done. Very poor post-sales service. I would not recommend purchasing a car here to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly sales people, not pushy allow you to drive as many cars as you want. Prices are not as cheap -as the ads imply - you can buy newer cars much cheaper privately and they still have manufacturer warranty. Some cars were the same or only slightly less than main dealer pricing. Trade in price was 25% lower than quoted elsewhere. End result? Instead of buying from them I sold my car privately and made 2500 more.

I then found a bunch of 2010 cars on autotrader- ended up buying from a dealer and getting the same price on a 2010 as a 2007 at Unbeatable - end result.saved 3500 going elsewhere. Sorry Unbeatable.but I beat you.

2nd car review This is the second car I have purchased from Jefferies Farm / UnbeatableCar, I have always found them to be very pleasant people to deal with, they are very honest and upfront about their pricing, there are no hidden extras. On the whole most of the cars are nice and clean, the only dirty ones i saw had just been delivered, the sales people take the time to explain everything to you, even if you have a few silly questions like I did they were very kind and patient.

I have found their after sales service to be particularly good, after having my car for two weeks, I managed to accidentally fill it up with diesel rather than petrol. I gave them a call just for some advice as to what to do, they were brilliant, they had my car recovered and delivered me a courtesy car, whilst they fixed mine for me and then delivered it back to me completely re cleaned and with a full tank of PETROL!. when I asked them how much, they wouldn't accept a penny, not even for the petrol( I have since given them a tin of chocolates, Thanks guy's) I have read some of the other stories on here some good and some bad, I can honestly say I don't believe a word of the bad reviews, (most likely disgruntled local car dealers rather than disgruntled customers) I have found them to be very nice to deal with and always helpful. 10 out of 10. first car review, Excellent choice, wide range of nice clean cars, very friendly staff, they let you test drive as many cars as you like, the prices were very good, they we alot cheaper than many places I had looked, plus the car I bought also had leather trim for no extra cost, Bargain! salesmen were friendly not at all pushy. we had a great day out. 10 out of 10
