I bought my first car with this garage and the help since has been amazing, nothing dodgy going on unlike other places! They thoroughly check the cars before leaving and have been happy to answer any questions since. 25 years in the bay, I'm glad i chose to buy through them.

Friendly and honest salesmen and great service/guarantee. The car developed fault in first 3 months. I was in Exeter, they seemingly dropped everything to come and try and get me going again, when this wasn't possible took the car away and fixed within 24hours. Would recommend having a look round if you are looking to buy a car, and I will be going their first when in need of a new car.

Sadly my experience with Sapphire Cars was not a good one. I visited their showroom midweek and placed a deposit on a used vehicle. I was told the mechanic was away on holiday and would not be able to replace the oil and top up air con until the end of the week or early the following week, and I would receive a call when the work was done. For various reasons we were unable to go ahead with the sale and I called them - some 5 working hours later - to tell them we would not be buying the car.

I was told ALL the work had been done on the car ( in the space of 5 hours and with no mechanic) and 3/4 of my deposit was to be taken in payment for this work. Whilst I would have been happy to have paid to have the vehicle re-advertised I did not take kindly to being lied to about the work being done on the car. Ah well. I lost a little money, but for me this company lost all their integrity.

I was recommended Sapphire cars by a family member for their personal & professional service. I was given a good deal on a good used car for my family. I was given an extensive warranty & i've been extremely impressed with the service i've received from Sapphire's. I'd definately use them again & recommend them to anybody looking for a good used car from a good reputable local company.
