Walker Car Sales and Walker Car Sales Retail LTD have been supplying the public with vehicles since 1987. All of our vehicles come with at least 8 months MOT, if they have less than this then they are given a fresh 12 month MOT before sale.

I bought my first car here, very good service! Not pushy salespeople at all and they let you pick your car in your own time without pressuring you. Really good price for what you get, and really good bonuses such as a full service, MOT and a long warranty! Not to mention the quality and cleanliness of the vehicles there. No problems with my new car at all and it was by a long shot the best one I saw in the area. Personal service as well, the salespeople worked hard throughout the bank holiday weekend to get my car ready for me as I needed it for work.

Purchased a car back in 2020 The car turned up by a delivery driver and the back tires needed replacing, after speaking to the dealership they said they will sort it the day after I accept delivery (they didn't). Not long after having the car a main engine component blew and the warranty given by the garage didn't fix the problem even tho it was on the list it covers.
Just to sum up 2 new back tires and a charge pipe replacement cost me around 700 to fix all the problems. Personally wouldn't ever use this company again and don't recommend people do either.

I took a 4 hour round trip to view a car I intended to buy, only to arrive and the salesman (Gary) wasn't there. We'd arranged an appointment time and he knew I was travelling a long way. I called and he told me he'd sold the car. Apparently, he'd left a message on my mobile but it was nowhere to be heard. He could have tried calling on the day to make sure I didn't make a wasted journey as well or sent a text. I tend never to trust car salesmen and this is just another reason why.

From start to finish I had a very good experience with Walker Car Sales. No pushy salesmen and clear advice from the outset. I was given a fair price on my car and dealings and negotiations were straight forward. Gary and Aaron have since gone out of their way to be helpful with a couple of other matters and communication has been easy and reliable. Decent, local people with integrity. I would definitely recommend.

I really recommend Walker Car Sales. After purchasing a van from them, a system check message came up so I took the van back for a full diagnosis and repair of this fault. It was sorted out quickly and professionally. When purchasing a used van, no matter the condition, there may be a problem that arises with it so I was very impressed at their customer service and how they dealt with this situation.

We are a little disappointed, with walkers, I don't think they were as helpful as they could of been, there was no opportunity to test drive a car, Now having brought the car, we have found various little issues that wasn't right, It's cost us a lot of money trying to resolve the issues, So if I am really honest, I wouldn't to purchase another car from them.

Gary, Sorry to drag you away from your Sunday afternoon game of golf and if i wasted your time. However if you had put pictures online and mentioned the car had a broken tail light when we rang up to book the appointment you wouldn't have wasted mine either. Also if you hadn't been so rude to me and stormed off like a child I might have been able finish my sentence because I was just abouts to buy the car, Then I could of given you 5 stars.
Although I'm starting to question how your going to get a car through its Mot with a broken tail light and an environment hazard (Oil Leak) Anyway it was nice to meet you Gary And for anyone hoping to view or test drive a car on a Sunday, Gary is busy playing golf and gets very upset with potential customers if he looses.

My Disabled sister recently used this dealership to purchase a 5008, with in a week of having it a oil light and air pollution fault came up she reported this to dodgy Gary as I now know him, she was advised to bring it to him to have a look at whilst on the way to do so it lost all power on the A3 leaving herself and 2 other disabled adults and a under 5 stranded on the hard shoulder.
The car was towed back to the garage where it remained for 3 days reportedly being investigated and repairs you came back with "it was all down to a collapsed oil filter" ok so what about the air pollution fault that is usually a result of something more serious yet you failed to even mention this to my sister and coincidentally the code had vanished.!
Exactly 3 days later ping the on the motor way the same two codes show up and oh my the car does the same thing loses power so again has to be towed again putting children and disabled peoples lives at risk. BUYERS BEWEAR!
