I have been served by Phil Henson (Sales Executive), I saw a beautiful car Peugeot 308 PureTech on auto trader and phoned the garage. The sale has been all done through phone call, i never went to the garage. Since from the first call Phil has been very polite, extremely kind and helpful. He made sure I had all the information previous the purchase, he helped me understand the finance, he helped me making sure I was getting the best deal on the insurance too.

I had the car delivered! Overall it was an outstanding experience. Phil helped me all the way through, and he phoned me the day after I received the vehicle to make sure everything was fine. Thank you Phil, I will certainly buy from him again and recommend him to all my family and friends.

We had to wait from September for our car but it wasn't a problem as we were informed of this on the day of ordering. Shannon regularly phoned to inform us how the process was going and make sure we were still happy to wait. Her level of customer service is amazing definitely the best I have ever experienced anywhere. I know that if we need any more assistance she will be happy to help. I wouldn't consider going to any dealer but Wycliffe Peugeot Rugby

An excellent experience in buying our Peugeot 2008. Shannon was helpful throughout the process and was very helpful in taking my wife out for a test drive. She was great at answering all of our questions too. Very happy with our new car and I am sure we will come back to you again in the future.

We collected our used Peugeot 308 on Tuesday from Shannon at Wycliffe in Rugby. She dealt with us throughout our purchase and due to her knowledge she was able to guide us to chose the right car. There was a very professional handover, leaving us happy to drive away with the vehicle, knowing that if we have any issues regarding the technology of the car, she would have no problem in advising us. I bought a used car back in 2019, Saleem was brilliant could not fault him in the slightest. His customer service skills are second to none. However I now want to sell this vehicle and my partners Peugeot and was told that I needed to contact the Manager John H. When he called me back, I found him to be quite blunt. He was very rude and ignored my request for him to actually see my car to value it.

I emailed him the details of our cars and I haven't heard back. Personally I wouldn't be happy to deal with him in the future. I get the impression he didn't want my business.

Just purchased a Peugeot 108 for my daughter from Wycliffe. Saleem was extremely helpful, and made our purchase a really pleasant experience. Between us we voted him by far the best in the 6 or so sales persons we had seen previously at other car sales outlets! The car is great, excellent condition, and well presented. We will definitely be visiting Wycliffe when we look to making our next purchase!

Wonderful service both sales and aftercare. when my car was serviced it was great to receive a video of what they had done and of the car from the underneath etc. Great stock and very competitive pricing!
