I recently hired a van from Westwood to move house. It doesn't go without saying how AMAZING this company actually is. Every van is brand new, clean, excellent drive and the STAFF! Just super stars! Nichola from start to finish was nothing but smiles and helpful through out the process, I haven't hired a van before so was all new to me. But from walking through the doors to be greated with such a warm bubbly person was enough for me to hire again! 5 star for this company I will always use Westwood in the future

First time I have used Westwood Motor Group and have to say that I am very impressed with the service. Bethan was first class and made sure everything was in place for swift delivery of my new Ford Ranger on Contract Hire. Would recommend to anyone who needs a professional, no hassle service.

I've been using Westwood van hire quite regularly over the last month. All I can say is service and value for money has been nothing short of amazing, and I'd recommend their service 100%. I can't thank Westwood enough. We hired a van for our wedding and Nicola and the team were amazing. They couldn't do more for us and were very professional and attentive. Absolutely fantastic service. Bethan and Andy ran through everything in brilliant detail and answered any questions I had. Both were very friendly and professional throughout the entire hire period. The van I hired was brilliant spec and had many extras including cruise control, apple car play and air conditioning. There were no hidden costs or surcharges with the rental which other companies wanted to charge, due to being a younger renter. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend to anyone looking to hire a van.

I've used Westwood in the past and I always get a friendly welcome. This time in particular Nicola on reception went above and beyond to help me arrange transportation after I returned the vehicle. I doubt you'll get this level of customer service anywhere else.

Fantastic place to hire a van. Brand new vehicles and the girls in the office are a delight to deal with. Nichola was brilliant throughout the whole process. Used this company to hire a van to help move house after being left down by another company. (I won't name names) Becky was very helpful, sorted paperwork and checks out quick. Excellent service all round. First time I've hired from Westwood, and would definitely recommend them. The service I received from all the staff was excellent, but in particular from Nichola, who served me when I returned the vehicle. She was very helpful, and was able to answer a couple of queries that I had.

This was my First van rental from Westwood and was extremely impressed how easy it was to book a van for business. I had called the likes of enterprise and others but as I was not the payee just the driver and HQ had to pay I was hitting brick walls until I found Westwood. Nicola was clear and explained that she can talk to my work office within the hour the van was booked.

Collection was smooth and paperwork easy to understand. Van was brand new clean and price was brilliant. I did go over the mileage by a little, however Nicola said she wouldn't charge. It's nice to see local business are going the extra mile Well done Westwood guys and girls

We recently needed to hire a van for house move. We was let down by other companies. We was advised to use westwood motors after a very helpful call with Adam who was very helpful and sorted us with vehicle that we needed highly recommended

My partner and I hired a van at short notice to move into our new home. Nichola arranged everything for us within five minutes, the service she provided was efficient, highly organised and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, she was kind and helpful. The day we collected the van everything was there ready to go, nice and quick! Would 100% recommend Westwood motors and would definitely use them again.

Hired a new transit van from here this week. Delt with a guy there and both girls on reception desk. The service was really good. Nice people to deal with, hire van was clean and tidy. My van was being fixed and over ran so they sorted the extention for me. Will use again. Thanks to all at Westwood.

Would never use this company ever again and would strongly advise all future customers to stay away. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I purchased a Ford transit van from your Westwood branch in Wigan on the 4/1/21 I also paid for a roof rack to be installed. I absolutely love the van everything was brilliant with it 2-3 days. after buying I was getting my ladders off the roof rack and noticed a big hole on the roof by the back door I phoned Mike at Westwood Wigan and told him about this and sent him pictures of the hole. Mike came back to me and said we will get it fixed I wasn't happy with getting it fixed as I paid 24,240 for a van that had a hole in it I have a pre.

Again first class service from Chris and the staff at Westwood. The vehicles are always of the highest quality at the most competitive rates around. I cannot recommend highly enough wherever its for daily hire or longer term contracts.

Used these guys a few times and would not go anywhere else to hire a van or car. First rate service from Nichola and Becky. The van was clean and tidy. The whole process was friendly, professional and easy. 200 deposit refunded in under 24 hours for the safe return of the vehicle, and the daily rate puts other companies to shame. Dont bother shopping round if you've found Westwood you're not going to find anything better.

Hired a crew van for a recent holiday as I needed a 6 seater vehicle with large load space. The van was brilliant. Sat nav, apple and Android connect, DAB, hill hold assist, usb charging, full proximity sensing plus other fully loaded features. All super useful and made the journey an absolute pleasure. So much so my wife now wants to ditch our car for a van.

Found Westwood to be very competitively priced and their customer service second to none. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable giving the key facts of the hire very clearly and showing me around the vehicle when I picked it up and check out was super slick too. The quality of their vehicles is superb. High specification, mostly new registration, very clean, efficient and very well maintained.

I short term hire cars frequently with the company I work for- through national hire companies. Even though this was a personal short hire; In my opinion Westwood's personal customer service and vehicle quality beat them by a country mile. Thank you Westwood for making my uk staycation much easier!

Rented a van from Westwood at the last minute as I'd been let down by someone else. I dealt with Nichola who was fantastic from start to finish. She talked me through everything and was very efficient. As a small business it's great to have direct contact with someone we now know at Westwood, and we're looking forward to working with Nichola again for our next rental.

Used this company for the first time today Nicola was amazing start to finish and was so accommodating. I was running late dropping a van off by an hour and there was no extra charge like most companies add. Nicola made the process so easy. Will definitely be using this professional company again.

Hired the horse box they have everything ran smoothly staff were great, box was clean and modern definitely recommend if your looking to hire a horse box, the one they have has reverse camera and also one to see. the horses whist travelling, room for tack as well as a small living arrangement in the back with a fridge sink and cooker as well as a seat that turns into a bed

I have known this company, the owner, and many of those who work there for 10 years and they are very very good at what they do.

Excellent service - the telephone team quickly arranged the hire and everything was straight forward and up-front. The price was very reasonable - around £100 cheaper than a quote I had from another hire company based in Wigan. When I arrived to collect the hire, the staff dealt with me earlier than they needed to (I arrived before opening hours) and, again, everything was explained clearly. The van itself was brand new and a comfortable drive. I honestly couldn't fault any aspect of the hire service and I would certainly use Westwood again. Many thanks.

I don't usually do this review thing, but after my Recent experience with Westwood motors I felt I had too. The service here is first class, from the time I spent looking to the actual purchase of my Vito . They gave me a great deal, full service, 12 months mot and A van that I'm extremely proud to be the owner of.
Chris is a valuable asset to this company ,he is a true professional, his service and help was first class. I would recommend this company to anybody wanting a quality vehicle. Cheers Chris and Steve for a buying experience to remember.

Cant recommend these guys enough....particularly Chris , customer service superb. Bourght a van from Westwood 4 weeks ago, found ourselves with 2 flat tyres on our driveway!! One call to Westwood, problem solved...Chris came to our house, took the van, 1hr later, both tyres fixed...and to top it all, no charge!!! Thanks so much

Picked my Vauxhall Vivaro sportive up today absolutely immaculate, inside and out dealt with Steve Rostron,service I received was top class. I had looked around for quite a while for above vehicle but for price mileage and age of van Westwood was the best. Very happy with everything.

Top quality service, especially from the girls on reception, as I didn't turn up with correct forms of Id haha as u do, they helped me out trying to sort it so I can I could hire a van and very helpful, the cost was perfect aswell would definitely use these again if I need a van
