Excellent service from Jack and Luke during the whole process of trading in my existing vehicle for a used Hyundai. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly which made the experience very smooth. I was treated politely and with respect - nothing was too much trouble. Even the coffee was great! I can highly recommend buying a car from Listers.

I recently had problem with the tyre pressure gauge on my Honda. I called the garage and they said bring it in at Lunchtime. I called in, left the car and went to the local shops. Within half an hour they telephoned to tell me that they had resolved the problem. When I called to collect the service engineer showed what was going on and how I could control it, spending some time explaining the different methods to do this. I was delighted and collected the car. Thank you so much Honda for making my continuing liking for Honda Jazz to continue. They are an excellent service garage.

Recently bought a vehicle from Listers. Made an initial enquiry via the website. Was called the following day and was given details regarding the vehicle. Was also sent a video of the vehicle.
Visited the branch a few days after and was taken through the process by Keanu. He was brilliant in giving me all the info about the car. No forced sales tactics. Just a friendly, easy-going process start to finish. Keanu was honest, answered all queries and i purchased the car. The after sales care has also been fantastic. Queries all answered & they come back to you so quickly. A massive thank you to Keanu & the team & will definitely go back to Listers for future purchases!

I had the most fantastic experience buying my first car from Allan, he did not miss a single thing, he was extremely helpful, transparent and informative every step of the way and I cannot recommend this place enough, Luke was also very inviting, welcoming and always made us feel right at home when we were in the shop, Thankyou Honda Listers for the absolutely stunning car and customer service. ill be coming again to have my services done here

I contacted Listers Northampton on spec as I wished to replace my trusty (but aging) Jazz. Jack Britten was the member of sales staff who picked up my call and once I had explained what I was looking for and my budget he very quickly found a suitable replacement model. From this point Jack guided me through the whole process of valuation of my current vehicle to final purchase and receipt of the replacement. Jack is very personable and at no point did he make me feel that I was being pressured in any way. All in all, it was a pleasure to do business - apart from parting with the money that is!

Bought a yaris, instead of being told this is what the range starts at, they asked my wife how much we can afford, she replied 200 they then went for the dearest model at that price 214 a month. We recently had a 40k service charged a ridiculous 325, 1 bulb had gone they charged a 1. Then told air con not working properly after 2 years from new!. that would be another 89. Between us and late father in law weve had around 8 new cars from listers. Absolutely disgusted there all about profit not customer care!.

I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation
